flu..=[
i think that even worst than got fever..
and i relly hate that..
i have to bring tissue most of the time...
so,ive search about how to avoid it..
COLD/FLU

Colds and flu are often spread by hand-to-hand contact. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth after being exposed to viruses or bacteria.

To kill bacteria and viruses, wash toys regularly in warm, soapy water.

Frequently clean surfaces such as stair rails, telephones, counter tops, and door knobs to avoid hand-to-hand spread of viruses.

Make choices that promote strong immune function, such as switching from coffee to tea, eating garlic liberally, and adding yogurt to your diet.

Drink lots of water, which flushes toxins out of your body while re-hydrating your system.

i will practise all this tips..hopely its woks..

3.)Let your shoulders widen, rather than pull back.

i want to share some infomations if you forgot your Windows administrator's password

One method of gaining access to the system is by trying hard to remember the forgotten password, or a password of another user which has the same level of administrative rights. However I don't think this approach will help you, otherwise you wouldn't be sitting here reading article, would you?)

Another method is by trying to restore a backed up System State (in Windows 2000/XP/2003) or a ERD (in NT 4.0) in which you do remember the password. The problem with doing so is that you'll probably lose all of the recently add users and groups, and all the changed passwords for all of your users since the last backup was made.

huhuhu..
dats all...
hopefully... we not forgot our own password..
heheehe..
although i always forget... see..
i even fail to publish dis comment
because forget my username...hihihi..

i've one article to share wit u guys...

Anger management: Explore your anger to gain control

Do you slam down the phone when faced with endless computerized voice prompts? Have you gotten into a shouting match with a stranger over a parking space at the mall? Ever put your fist through the wall after an argument with your spouse?
This is not anger management at its finest. Although anger is a natural emotion, it may be getting the best of you. Instead of expressing your anger in a healthy and assertive way, you may be expressing it in a hostile, aggressive manner — a manner that could lead to violence and a slew of personal and professional consequences.

 Understand your anger

Anger itself isn't bad. Expressed appropriately, anger can be healthy. It can help protect you from dangerous situations, energize you to resolve problems or lead to sociocultural reforms, for instance.
Sure, everyday frustrations, impatience and resentment can all cause your temper to flare. For many people, these are fleeting moments. They're able to take these situations in stride and quickly return to a sense of calm without exploding.
But if your blood boils after minor irritations — such as losing that coveted parking space — or if you're constantly seething, you may need to improve how you're managing anger. Anger that's out of control can be destructive, leading to problems in your relationships, at work, in your enjoyment of life and with your health. You could even be arrested or face other legal problems.

 Determine your anger level

 Examine your anger patterns

Why do you tend to fly off the handle more than others seem to? Anger responses can become habitual. That is, you may respond automatically to a situation that makes you angry, with little pause to think about your reactions. The intensity of your anger may even catch you by surprise.
How do you express your anger? Consider these questions to assess your anger responses:

 Do you express anger in a way that overwhelms you and others?
 Do you get angry more often than most people you know?
 Do you get angrier than is necessary?
 Do you use threatening language or gestures?
 Do you get angry enough to hit, throw or kick things, people or animals?
 Do you seethe for hours?
 Do you hide angry feelings from others or try to suppress your feelings?
 Do you use alcohol or drugs to calm your rage?
 Do you experience physical reactions such as muscle tension or a racing heart when you get angry?
 Does expressing your anger usually leave you feeling better about yourself and the person who angered you?

So...wats ur answer??
i think diz anger management article really help people dat always being angry and hot tempered...

There's one article dat i've read from Reader's Digest and i want to share wit u...

BANISH BAD SMELL

~A pill to make you want to get hot and sweaty

You may soon be able to throw away your deodorants and expensive perfumes bottles.A team of Brazilian researchers has come up with a pill that replaces unpleasant body odour wit a much more appealing aroma…
The scientist from Federal University of Ceara got the idea from certain foods such as garlic, asparagus, and curry which ‘perfume’ the skin, urine, and sweat their distinctive signatures.
The team recently released Fyber Sense pill that once swallowed, releases through sweat a lavender-like scent obtained from the herb Coriandrum sativum or most called coriander.
Unfortunately, there’s still few more years of research and development to be done before other health authorities approve it for sale worldwide

~Maybe dis kind of pill will be the most popular product...and of course we dun have to worry if we get sweat bcoz it smell good...

Why do our earlobes seem to grow longer as we grow older??

First, let confirm it: earlobe do lengthen as we age....By how much??
that question was adressed in British Medical Journal in 1996..
in which researchers noted that men's lobes increased by on average 0.22 milimetres each year from their 30s to 80s (others have proven that women's grow too.The researchers found out something else....:Earlobe growth peaks once every seven years in what is called a 'circaseptennial rhythm'.
Ear width,however remain the same......
Why lobes grow is less clear. The most likely explanation is,there's a gravitational effect and collagen in skin tissue broke down as we get older...
i imagine that leads to the kind of dropping you see in ears and over the rest of body too...

~this article is from Reader,s digest too...

Protein is probably one of the most important parts of the diet for human and many mammal. For BODYBUILDER, they consume 2 gram of protein per pound of body weight is ideal, some suggesting that less is sufficient, while others recommending 2.5, 3, or more for every meal.(1 set protein + 2 set carbohydrate meals) We can see their body like monster crushing machine, apart from that, they are monster eating machine too! e.g. one's man weight 250 lb x 2.5g = 625g (plus carbohydrate 625 x 2 = 1250 g ) That mean the total they must ate for one meal 1825 g @ 1.825kg! is they must consume at least a whole chicken, what a man!

HyE guys..
When u meet someone wit bad breath…how you respond to that situation??
I know maybe some of u may stay away from that people..but did u know why this bad breath happen?? I read this article on internet and I want to share this with u guys..

What Causes Bad Breath?

Most of the time (85%-90%) bad breath originates in the mouth. It is caused by bacteria in our mouth. This bacteria is breaking down food debris which creates by-products called volatile sulfur compounds (methyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide) which emit a smell similar to rotten eggs. Because this bacteria needs an environment free of oxygen, they will live in areas that are difficult to reach-such as pockets around teeth; the grooves in the tongue and especially on the back of the tongue.
In some conditions, the odor may be caused by:
~a systemic condition, such as diabetes
~sinuses problems troubles with the pharynx, lungs or stomach
respiratory tract infection
~dieting
~postnasal drip
~chronic bronchitis
~gastrointestinal disturbance
~liver or kidney ailment
~poor dental hygiene
~Infrequent or improper brushing and flossing can leave food particles to decay
~infections in the mouth - gum disease
~respiratory-tract infections

It is important that the first step you take to solving a bad breath problem is to visit your medical doctor for an examination to ensure that the cause of your bad breath is not from a physical problem. When you have determined that it is not caused by a medical condition you will than need to provide you dentist with a complete medical history and tell your dentist how you determined you had malodor.

i want to share bout how to improve our memory..

1. Avoid cramming by establishing regular study sessions.

According to Bjork (2001), studying materials over a number of session’s gives you the time you need to adequately process the information. Research has shown that students who study regularly remember the material far better that those did all of their studying in one marathon session.

2. Structure and organize the information you are studying.

Researchers have found that information is organized in memory in related clusters. You can take advantage of this by structuring and organizing the materials you are studying. Try grouping similar concepts and terms together, or make an outline of your notes and textbook readings to help group related concepts.

3. Utilize mnemonic devices to remember information.

Mnemonic devices are a technique often used by students to aid in recall. A mnemonic is simply a way to remember information. For example, you might associate a term you need to remember with a common item that you are very familiar with. The best mnemonics are those that utilize positive imagery, humor, or novelty. You might come up with a rhyme, song, or joke to help remember a specific segment of information.

If you ask what I like to do when I am free…I will answer besides martial arts practicing, I love to read story book. The most story book that I love to read is TOM CLANCY. I like the story BIO-STRIKE…
Here are some synopses:
The most dangerous man of this century has employed the most dangerous weapon yet. Criminal mastermind Harylan DeVane has developed and spread a deadly, genetically engineered “superbug” resistant to all known cures. A microscopic time bomb,it will lie dormant inside its human hosts until detonated by specific biochemical triggers.
DeVane plans to auction off the triggering elements to the highest bidder, but first he’ll use them to destroy the greatest threat to his operation: Roger Gordian , head of UpLink Technologies. As Roger falls prey to the diease, his medical and intelligence teams race to find the cause and the cure because un Roger’s fate lies the fate of the fate of the world.
This is really a very interesting story book, I think. I like those action scene in the story.

how are you there i just want to share about what ihave study this week,CARBON FIBRE ,it about Several thousand carbon fibers are twisted together to form a yarn, which may be used by itself or woven into a fabric. Carbon fiber can be combined with a plastic resin and wound or molded to form composite materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic (also referenced as carbon fiber) to provide a high strength-to-weight ratio material. The density of carbon fiber is also considerably lower than the density of steel, making it ideal for applications requiring low weight. The properties of carbon fiber such as high tensile strength, low weight, and low thermal expansion.

BMW's full-size flagship executive sedan. Typically, BMW introduces many of their innovations first in the 7 Series. For example, the somewhat controversial iDrive system debuted in the 7 Series. The 7 Series Hydrogen, featuring one of the world's first hydrogen fueled combustion engines, is fueled by liquid hydrogen and emits only water vapor. Since the infrastructure for refueling a hydrogen internal combustion engine is not widely available, the V12 engine also runs on gasoline. Numerous engines power the 7 Series worldwide. BMW offers diesel, straight 6, V8 and V12 motors, as well as the Alpina tuned supercharged V8. It is also available in a bulletproof version.[citation needed]

I believe..We all have a favorite pair of jeans. Usually, our favorite pair of jeans is the pair that makes our booty look great. Many women enjoy wearing jeans that are a bit too tight, while others enjoy wearing jeans that are extremely too tight. Though they may be uncomfortable, you probably never thought that wearing jeans which were too tight could actually be unhealthy. Here, we will take a much closer look at some of the types of health risks that people who wear tight jeans often may experience.

i.Vaginal Infections

Vaginal infections are the most common health risks that are associated with wearing jeans that are too tight for you on a frequent basis. The main reason that this is true is because the vagina's natural fungus tends to increase, or thrive, in areas that are warm and air restricted. The two main types of infections that are often experienced due to wearing tight jeans are yeast infections and bacteria infections of the vagina. Though there are often symptoms which will help you become aware of the fact that you have a yeast infection, you will often be unaware of having a bacteria infection. When a bacteria infection is diagnosed early enough, there are often no long-term effects associated with it. However, there are some types of bacteria infections which can cause long-term effects, such as infertility.

2.Infertility

Bacteria infections of the vagina are believed to be the main reason that infertility can be experienced among women who wear tight jeans on a frequent basis. However, infertility can also be experienced by men who wear jeans, or underwear, that are too tight for them. The main reason that this is believed to happen is because there is a lack of circulation occurring when jeans or underwear are much too tight. Although it has not yet been studied very much, many medical professionals believe the infertility among women can be caused much the same way.

3.Digestive Problem

Many people are known to experience digestive problems when they wear jeans that are too tight for them. This is, of course, due to the fact that circulation is very poor and there is little restriction. People who already have pre-existing digestive problems, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), are not recommended to wear jeans which are too tight for their bodies. The main reason is because symptoms related to these digestive conditions are not known to improve when you wear jeans that are much too tight, but only become more severe. If you have a stomach ache, it just may be because your jeans are too tight.

so..think back if you loved too tight jeans too much..=]

ive shared about the risk of wearing too tight jeans before right?so, now i come up with the prevention way..

These are just some of the many problems that are known to be associated with wearing jeans that are too tight for you.

The best way to prevent these problems from happening to you is avoiding tight jeans in the first place. If you do choose to wear tight jeans, you may want to think about only wearing them in moderation, as wearing them frequently is known to cause the most problems. In order to make wearing tight jeans more comfortable for yourself and prevent these problems, loose cotton underwear is highly recommended.

Underwear that is made from other materials is known to promote the growth of bacteria and yeast infections of the vagina. Lastly, make sure that the tight jeans which you do choose to wear allow you some type of breathing room, if you want to experience minimal side effects.

Though tight jeans may look nice, they can impose some health risks! You're better off with jeans that you can breathe in.

Whenever i read or review this poem,i will remember my father who had has pass away. The title of the poem is: IF

IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on!'

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
' Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Memorizes....

salam,,,

take your time to read this...

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "Jannat lies under the feet of your mother."

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "If you read the kalima with conviction just once, Jannah becomes upon you."

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "A women who reveals her body or even wears tight fitting clothes wont come within 500 years of the smell of Jannah."

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "The dust which settles on a man while he is out in the path of Allah; not only the fire, but the smoke of Jahannam is haraam for those parts of the body."

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "I only curse 3 types of people;

1. Those people who do not look after their parents when they are in old age.

2. Those people who do not take full advantage of the blessed month of Ramadan.

3. Those people who don not say, 'Salallahu -Alayhay- -Wa-Aalahay Wasallam' when my name is mentioned."

Rasulullah S.A.W said, "An intelligent person is one who is constantly thinking about and preparing for death."

Rasulullah S.A.W. said, "It is better for a man that a steel nail be driven through the centre of his head rather than if he touches the palm of a strange women."

PLEASE TAKE 2 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TO READ THIS.

Imagine this happening to you...

One day during Jummah Salah, a 1,000 member congregation was surprised to see two main enter, both covered from head to toe in black and carrying sub-machine guns.

One of the main proclaimed,

"Anyone willing to take a bullet for Allah remain where you are."

Immediately, the congregation fled, and out of the 1,000 there only remained around 20.

The man who had spoken took off his hood, looked at the Imaam and said,

"Okay Maulana, I got rid of all the hypocrites. Now you may begin your sermon."

The two main then turned and walked out."

Too deep not to pass on?

"Funny how simple it is for people to trash Allah ... and then wonder why the world's going to the devils playground."

"Funny how we believe what the newspapers say ... but question what the Qu'ran says."

"Funny how everyone wants to go to heaven ... provided they do not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Quran says."

"Funny how someone can say 'I believe in Allah' ... but still follow Shaitaan (who, by the way, also 'believes' in Allah)."

"Funny how you can send a thousand 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire ... but when you start sending messages regarding Allah, people think twice about sharing."

"Funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely through cyberspace ... but the public discussion of Allah is suppressed in the school and workplace."

Funny, isn't it?

"Funny how someone can be so fired up for Allah on Friday ... but be an invisible Muslim the rest of the week."

Are you laughing?

"Funny how when you go to forward this message ... you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them."

"Funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me ... than what Allah thinks of me."

Are you thinking?

Will you share this with people you care about?

Or not?

"

It also ranks Petronas as the 8th most profitable company in the world and the most profitable in Asia.[2][3]
Since its incorporation Petronas has grown to be an integrated international oil and gas company with business interests in 31 countries. As of the end of March 2005, the Petronas Group comprised 103 wholly owned subsidiaries, 19 partly-owned outfits and 57 associated companies. Together, these companies make the Petronas Group, which is involved in various oil and gas based activities. Haloalkane also called as alkyl halides are a group of chemical compound that consist of alkane..Some famous example of alkane are methane, alkane, octane and others..haloalkane can ce derived from alkana. We can subsitude one hydrogen with a halogen atom to convert alkana to alkane..Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) are compounds containing chlorine, fluorine and carbon only, that is they contain no hydrogen. It is commonly used in our daily lives such as refrigerants , propellants, and cleaning solvents.Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) are of a class of haloalkanes where not all hydrogen has been replaced by chlorine or fluorine. They are used primarily as chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) substitutes, as the ozone depleting effects are only about 10% of the CFCs.Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) contain no chlorine. They are composed entirely of carbon, hydrogen, and fluorine. They have no known effects at all on the ozone layer. Only compounds containing chlorine and bromine are thought to harm the ozone layer.Chlorinated or fluorinated alkenes can be used for polymerization, resulting in polymer haloalkanes with notable chemical resistance properties.
