Actually, everyone of us will feel the "fright" yet we stand on the stage...
From my point of view,in order to overcome the stage "Fright",he/she must always be prepare and have more practise before he/she stand onto the stage...
Yet,when he/she on the stage,he/she should feel cool down and be relax and be themselve...
Therefore,he/she will be a good,excellent presenter...

overcoming stage fright do need a lot of practice..when talking about presentation or public speaking its brought me back the experient when i had to it during school and in matriculation... preparation is vital in doing presentation..even if you r a an experient presenter, it doesnt mean that your presentation will be the best compared to others... a good preparation will give us confidence to make our presentation...with some guides from teachers and support from friends we can learnt to overcome the stage fright....

How to overcome stage fright??

step 1:Review the performance skills you have practiced and learned.

Step2:Prepare all your work thoroughly. Knowing your job will greatly reduce your anxiety.

Step3:Double-check that you have the correct printed editions of all your music.

Step4:Put yourself in control of everything within your sphere of influence.

Step5:Avoid being rushed or distracted on the day of your performance.

Step6:Practice your relaxation skills before performing.

Step7:Take an imaginary journey through your performance from beginning to end, soothing your mind during the quiet time before your entry.

Step8:Use deep breathing to calm your body.

Step9:Offer yourself as the medium through which the composer's or playwright's spirit and intention will flow.

Step10:Be generous and eager to share your gift.

Step11:Make your performance a celebration, not a trial.

Here are the information i would like to share with you all.Hope it can help us overcome stage fright.^^

Hye guys~~

Let we read this story…because this story give more moral values for us..

Water vs Cup

A group of working adults got together to visit their University lecturer.

The lecturer was happy to see them. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. The Lecturer just smiled and went to the kitchen to get an assortment of cups - some porcelain, some in plastic, some in glass, some plain looking and some looked rather expensive and exquisite.

The Lecturer offered his former students the cups to get drinks for themselves.

When all the students had a cup in hand with water, the lecturer spoke: "If you noticed, all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal that you only want the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all you wanted was water, not the cup, but we unconsciously went for the better cups." "Just like in life, if Happiness is Water, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold/maintain Happiness in Life."

"If we only concentrate on the cups, we won't have time to enjoy/taste the water in it."

the method is easy...when you doing you speaking dont look at your audience face...look at their head...and also imagine your audience as non-living things...so that you wont afraid anymore...
