Traning our women work as maids...

According from The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry, she said that is offering a free course for Malaysian women to be trained in housekeeping, home management, health and care of the elderly and children are very good idea...

She also said that, each trainee will receive a certificate on completing the course.

With such accreditation, it is hoped that employers will start hiring Malaysians.

Minister Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen said the training programme was also aimed at creating a new service sector and jobs for Malaysian women.

"As it is, foreign maids receive no such training. We are doing this to see if we can create a new service area for Malaysian women to work in.

"We hope to slowly build demand for Malaysian maids," she said after a meeting with the Human Resources Minister..

She said the training would include topics on health, food, cleaning and caring for senior citizens and babies.

As all of you know that our local maids are more better than foreign

Lastly she said that, she just opening up opportunities...but it is up to them to find jobs...

Hallo and akum to all my friends..today i want to share you about one football player that i really admire...

Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite aslo known as Kaka born in April 22, 1982 in Brasilia is a Brazilian superstar who play for Italian Seria A giant AC Milan and Brazilian national team. Kaka have won many awards such as Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year awards in 2007, and was named in the 2008.
Kaka began his club career with Sao Paulo at the age of eight. He signed a contract at 15 and led the SPFC youth squad to Copa de Juvenil glory. Kaka made his senior side debut in January 2001 and scored 12 goals in 27 appearances, in addition to leading Sao Paulo to its first and only Torneio Rio-Sao Paulo championship.
AC Milan, fresh from winning the 2003 Champions League, brought him aboard in 2003 for $8.5 million, a fee described in hindsight as "peanuts" by club owner Silvio Berlusconi. Within a month, he cracked the starting lineup, and has remained there since.
On December 2, 2007, Kaka was officially announced as the European Footballer of the Year, becoming the eighth Milan player in history to receive the honor. He finished with a decisive 444 votes, far ahead of runner-up Cristiano Ronaldo.
Due to his contributions on and off the pitch, Time magazine named Kaka in the Time 100, a list of the world's 100 most influential people, on 2 May 2008.

Waa!!I love Kaka and I hope Kaka once again become a The Best Player of The Year..

After that she managed to find out from friends that he was at the airport. The police told her that her husband had taken their son to dubai...

Askum to everyone..Previously i have share with you about Kaka which is one of my favorite personal in life..but now, i want to share about Ferrari..I sure that you all know about Ferrari..Ferrari very famous in the world of car manufacture and racing in Formula One.

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian sports car manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929 as Scuderia Ferrari, the company sponsored drivers and manufactured race cars before moving into production of street legal vehicles in 1947 as Ferrari S.p.A..
Throughout its history, the company has been noted for its continued participation in racing, especially in Formula One, where it has enjoyed great success, especially during the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, late 1990s, and 2000s. After years of financial struggles, Enzo Ferrari sold the company's sports car division to the Fiat group in 1969 to ensure continued financial backing. Enzo Ferrari retained control of the racing division until his death in 1988 at the age of 90. Earlier that year he had overseen the launch of the Ferrari F40; the last new Ferrari to be launched before his death, and arguably one of the most famous supercars ever made.
Ferrari also has an internally managed merchandising line that licenses many products bearing the Ferrari brand, including eyewear, pens, pencils, electronic goods, perfume, clothing, high-tech bicycles, cell phones, and even laptop computers. Financial Times named Ferrari number one on its 2007 list of the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe.

That is just a little bit information about Ferrari...To see more details please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari..
In this website, you can read more about the history of Ferrari, about the sport car that Ferrari manufactured and achievement in sport racing..

MERDEKA!!..MERDEKA!!..MERDEKA!!..

What does MERDEKA mean to you?
Merdeka is not just about waving the flag and singing Negaraku, while standing at attention.
Truly ,Merdeka mean we also need to be free from all forms of oppression.
Merdeka is when meritocracy is upheld and only the best are allotted top jobs, contracts, scholarships and even a place in the national football team.
It is only when we practise fairness and equality will we be able to enjoy freedom from mediocrity, and our nation will be free of the constraints that hinder progress.
Patriotism is not about flying the country's largest flag from the world's tallest flag-pole. It is about doing your best for your birthplace, being a part of your nation's progress and taking pride in it. Patriotism is also about being concerned with what ails your country and doing something about it.
Merdeka is being able to do so without the fear of repercussions.

As the independence day that we will celebrate in this month...we have to ask ourselves, is life really as good as it is depicted in those Petronas ads?
Think about it.! Its never too late to show your love to our country as we are living in a reality human life.
Thats what i can share with all of you from an article What 'Merdeka' means to me by Terence Fernandez in THE SUN.

"Australian scientists in potential leukemia breakthrough"

Hi..

i have read a news about treatment potential where Australian scientists had mapped a blood cell structure which could hold the key to improved drug treatments for diseases such as leukemia, asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. Some scientist said in certain types of diseases such as leukemia, something goes wrong with the receptor and when that happens, it can cause uncontrolled growth and that is what cancer is about.

The research shows precisely what the receptor looks like and also how it works, scientists can begin to design new drugs to target the deadly abnormal blood cells. For moment, many leukemia are treated with chemotherapy that destroys the diseased blood cells and bone marrow as well as normal cells. They hoped this discovery will lead to targeted therapies, more specific to the malfunctioning cells seen in diseases such as leukemia. A particular protein receptor had been involved in some of the most aggressive and deadly forms of leukemia. He also think that's a real positive of this work, it could target those diseases that are just untreatable at the moment or very difficult to treat.

The research, published in the US-based science journal Cell, was a collaboration between researchers at St Vincent's Institute and the Hanson Institute in Adelaide. Both institutes have signed an agreement with biopharmaceutical company CSL Limited to work to develop therapeutic antibodies.

In my opinion, we should glad that some scientists had unlock potential to treats disease such as leukemia and others.

Today i've read about feng shui and i want to share a little bit about that.Modern enthusiasts claim that feng shui is the practice of arranging objects (such as furniture) to help people achieve their dream or goals.

Feng Shui is important in the bathroom because it is a place where water flows and water flows generally symbolizes the flow of money. The main type of Feng Shui that is practiced in the bathroom is a preventative type. It is literally about preventing your cash from going down the drain.

The first Feng Shui tip is to pay attention to is your toilet seat lid. Your toilet seat lid must always be closed, as an open toilet symbolizes the flushing of your money or wasting of money. If possible, try to have a toilet fixture that is in any other color but white. White is the color of death in Feng Shui

Another feng shui tip is to hang chimes or bells on your toilet handle. Thus, each time the toilet is flushed the chimes can help diffiuse any negative energy.

You should also make sure that the plugs for the drains that are in the sink or bathtub are always in place. This can also prevent money from slipping down the drain.

As a rule, you should be very conscientious about not having any mirrors in your bathroom that might be reflecting the toilet or any drains. This is because it can double your losses financially.

It is very important to keep the bathroom as clean and shiny as possible. Dirt and grime harbor negative chi and can cause financial problems in Feng Shui.

As a Feng Shui tip, the more color that you have in your bathroom and the less white, the more likely you are to maintain your general health. A nice touch in the bathroom is scented candles to help keep it smelling nice. When you keep candles in the bathroom, make sure that the wicks have been lit at least once and burned as having candles with unburnt wicks is not lucky.

To attract mentors and enhance your career luck, paint the north wall of the bathroom blue. To attract money, put all of your green colored bathroom objects in the southeast corner.

If fame is what you are after, one Feng Shui tip is to place your mirror on the south wall and makes sure that it has a red frame or is surrounded by red colored soaps and toiletries. Star shaped objects can also help you attract reknown and glory.

Finally, make sure that the bathroom is very well lit and that anything electronic in it is in excellent working order. Broken appliances and burnt out lights in a bathroom can signify poor health.

Hi everyone!

Do you know Sarimah Ibrahim?Last night i read an article regarding her ways of staying fit and fabulous. The bubbly Sarimah tells that although she's been busy with her hectic schedules as event emcees and hosting TV programmes, that has not stoppped her from going to the gym and attending pilates classes.

This petite lady admits to being a bit of nutrition freak and confessed that workouts have always been part and parcel of her life.

Because Sarimah doesn't have a personal assistant or manager for the last 12 years, she like the effects fitness has on her mind, her skin and the good feeling that comes with endorphins.

I am totally flabbergasted when knowing that Sarimah also have a black belt in karate, but she stopped practising it when she hurt her knee and back in 2004.

Sarimah also believe that as she getting older, it's more important now to look after her health.

As for her diet, Sarimah drinks lots of water (like me!), not smoking or being around smoke and lots of vitamin C. She preferred soya milk than cow milk and she also eats lots of fibre such as vegetables and whole-grain bread.

I am truly adore this fine young lady as she can managed her work while keep fit and healthy at the same time. Thank you for reading.

Happy Hari Raya!

Hi everyone!

Last night I came across an article regarding on Christian Dior’s latest timepiece, the Dior Christal Amethyst.

A watch tells more than the time – it also speaks volumes about the wearer’s personality and lifestyle. Such is the case with the latest additions to Dior’s range of watches.

Decorated with 283 precious stones, the limited-edition Christal Amethyst is a chic statement of modern luxury. It comes with a mother-of-pearl marquetry dial that is set with 30 diamonds on its central ring. Its outer ring has 60 pink baguette-cut sapphires on it. Both rings have a distinctive black lacquer outline.

This timepiece is made of 18-carat white gold and mounted with 108 baguette-cut amethysts on the bracelet. The Swiss-made watch is engraved with an individual limited-edition number on its sapphire crystal case-back. The transparent crystal reveals the watch’s automatic winding mechanism inside.

And the price of the watch? Guess what. Only RM 530000. Such a hefty price for such a masterpiece. Although the Christal Amethyst is bringing much temptation and desirable, but for me, I’m gladly with the simple watch that I’m wearing now, which cost much less than the Christal Amethyst. Thank you for reading.

Hi everybody!

Today I read on the article about Teratak Za’ba, a museum dedicated to one of the nation’s foremost Malay intellectuals, Tan Sri Dr Zainal Abidin Ahmad, or Za’ba.

The structure, which was located in Kampung Bukit Kerdas, Batu Kikir, Jempol, was built on a former padi field and contains memorabilia and artifacts from Za’ba’s personal collection, obtained from his family, friends, the National Archives and universities.

Teratak Za’ab was the brainchild of Tan Sri Samad Idris, then the Negri Sembilan Museum board chairman, after his visit to the home of William Shakespeare in Stratford-Upon-Avon in England. He was inspired to have a similar memorial for Za’ba and proposed the idea to the menteri besar in 1995.

The state museum board strove to re-create the actual environment during Za’ba’s lifetime, right from the day he was born in Sept 16, 1895. As a result, visitors to the museum will be able to gain a greater insight into the life of this man of letters who made many contributions to the country in the fields of politics, education and socio-cultural development.

Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to take photographs inside the house. Nevertheless, a visit will surely evoke feelings of nostalgia and melancholy, especially among those who lived through the same era. Its serene surroundings also make it a good place for quiet reflection.

And although I’m from Negri Sembilan, I’ve never been to Teratak Za’ba. Maybe someday I will make a visit to the museum with my family and friends to have some insight of Za’ba’s personal life and his contribution to our beloved nation. Thank you for reading.

Hi everyone!

Today I read upon an article regarding the useful of credit cards when travelling.

When travelling, it’s often better to carry credit cards instead of cash. This way, if the cards are stolen, I can call the support centre and cancel my cards. With stolen cash, I’ll not be able to get it back and will then be stranded without money.

So before I go for my trip, especially to a foreign land, I should call my credit card company or bank to tell them about my trip and that I’ll be using my card there. I also have to make sure that my credit card has ample credit balance. In case of contingencies, maybe I need to inquire about getting a higher credit limit.

When making purchases by card, I should check the amount on the card slip twice before signing as anyone can make a mistake, whether intentionally or by accident. It’s also good for me to check my bill statement promptly to see if there are “suspicious” charges. If there are, I need to report them immediately.

Travelling is fun for me but the hassle of travelling include bringing cash is a burden to me but with credit cards, my travelling will be much easier as I do not need to be worry about stolen or missing or not enough cash. Thank you for reading.

Hi everyone!

Today I want to share with you one article about Kuala Kangsar, the Royal town of Perak.

As it has been home to sultans of Perak since the 15th century, there are numbers of well-maintained old palaces and imposing mansions and museums.

On Bukit Chandan are the Istana Iskandariah, Istana Kenangan and Istana Ulu, contributing to Kuala Kangsar’s reputation as one of the most attractive royal towns in Malaysia.

The one image that is synonymous with Kuala Kangsar, however, is that of Masjid Ubudiah at Bukit Chandan. Often considered Malaysia’s most beautiful mosque, it was completed in 1919. Indeed, it is a symbol of pride and faith for all Muslims in Perak.

Next to the Moorish-styled mosque is the royal mausoleum, the resting place of Perak’s rulers since the mid-18th century. The mosque’s magnificent golden dome and minarets are testaments to the beauty of Islamic architecture.

Near the mosque is Istana Kenangan. This yellow-and-black palace is now home to the Perak Royal museum. Most interestingly, the building was constructed without the use of a single nail, an astonishing feat indeed. Another interesting facet of Istana Kenangan, which displays royal memorabilia and offers glimpses into riyal life, is its many windows. When it rains, the guards will run helter-skelter to close them all.

Nearby is Istana Iskandariah, the Sultan of Perak’s official residence. Construction on the palace began in 1926 during the reign of Sultan Iskandar Shah, the state’s 30th ruler, and was completed in 1933. This imposing palace, with a scenic view of Kuala Kangsar, is named after him.

It is said that the famous kris, Taming Sari, used by the legendary Malacca warrior Hang Tuah, is kept in the palace. Today, the palace is used for various royal functions, such as the presentation of state awards, circumcision ceremonies and royal birthdays.

I hope that one day I can have a visit at Kuala Kangsar to see for myself the enchanted beauty of the royal town. Thank you for reading.

here what i have read..THE EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES.

Many years ago there was an Emperor so exceedingly fond of new clothes that he spent all his money on being well dressed. He cared nothing about reviewing his soldiers, going to the theatre, or going for a ride in his carriage, except to show off his new clothes. He had a coat for every hour of the day, and instead of saying, as one might, about any other ruler, "The King's in council," here they always said. "The Emperor's in his dressing room."

In the great city where he lived, life was always gay*. Every day many strangers came to town, and among them one day came two swindlers. They let it be known they were weavers, and they said they could weave the most magnificent fabrics imaginable. Not only were their colors and patterns uncommonly fine, but clothes made of this cloth had a wonderful way of becoming invisible to anyone who was unfit for his office, or who was unusually stupid.

"Those would be just the clothes for me," thought the Emperor. "If I wore them I would be able to discover which men in my empire are unfit for their posts. And I could tell the wise men from the fools. Yes, I certainly must get some of the stuff woven for me right away." He paid the two swindlers a large sum of money to start work at once.

They set up two looms and pretended to weave, though there was nothing on the looms. All the finest silk and the purest old thread which they demanded went into their traveling bags, while they worked the empty looms far into the night.

"I'd like to know how those weavers are getting on with the cloth," the Emperor thought, but he felt slightly uncomfortable when he remembered that those who were unfit for their position would not be able to see the fabric. It couldn't have been that he doubted himself, yet he thought he'd rather send someone else to see how things were going. The whole town knew about the cloth's peculiar power, and all were impatient to find out how stupid their neighbors were.

"I'll send my honest old minister to the weavers," the Emperor decided.
"He'll be the best one to tell me how the material looks, for he's a sensible man and no one does his duty better."

So the honest old minister went to the room where the two swindlers sat working away at their empty looms.

"Heaven help me," he thought as his eyes flew wide open, "I can't see anything at all". But he did not say so.

Both the swindlers begged him to be so kind as to come near to approve the excellent pattern, the beautiful colors. They pointed to the empty looms, and the poor old minister stared as hard as he dared. He couldn't see anything, because there was nothing to see. "Heaven have mercy," he thought. "Can it be that I'm a fool? I'd have never guessed it, and not a soul must know. Am I unfit to be the minister? It would never do to let on that I can't see the cloth."

"Don't hesitate to tell us what you think of it," said one of the weavers.

"Oh, it's beautiful -it's enchanting." The old minister peered through his spectacles. "Such a pattern, what colors!" I'll be sure to tell the Emperor how delighted I am with it."

"We're pleased to hear that," the swindlers said. They proceeded to name all the colors and to explain the intricate pattern. The old minister paid the closest attention, so that he could tell it all to the Emperor. And so he did.

The swindlers at once asked for more money, more silk and gold thread, to get on with the weaving. But it all went into their pockets. Not a thread went into the looms, though they worked at their weaving as hard as ever.

The Emperor presently sent another trustworthy official to see how the work progressed and how soon it would be ready. The same thing happened to him that had happened to the minister. He looked and he looked, but as there was nothing to see in the looms he couldn't see anything.

"Isn't it a beautiful piece of goods?" the swindlers asked him, as they displayed and described their imaginary pattern.

"I know I'm not stupid," the man thought, "so it must be that I'm unworthy of my good office. That's strange. I mustn't let anyone find it out, though." So he praised the material he did not see. He declared he was delighted with the beautiful colors and the exquisite pattern. To the Emperor he said, "It held me spellbound."

All the town was talking of this splendid cloth, and the Emperor wanted to see it for himself while it was still in the looms. Attended by a band of chosen men, among whom were his two old trusted officials-the ones who had been to the weavers-he set out to see the two swindlers. He found them weaving with might and main, but without a thread in their looms.

"Magnificent," said the two officials already duped. "Just look, Your Majesty, what colors! What a design!" They pointed to the empty looms, each supposing that the others could see the stuff.

"What's this?" thought the Emperor. "I can't see anything. This is terrible! Am I a fool? Am I unfit to be the Emperor? What a thing to happen to me of all people! - Oh! It's very pretty," he said. "It has my highest approval." And he nodded approbation at the empty loom. Nothing could make him say that he couldn't see anything.

His whole retinue stared and stared. One saw no more than another, but they all joined the Emperor in exclaiming, "Oh! It's very pretty," and they advised him to wear clothes made of this wonderful cloth especially for the great procession he was soon to lead. "Magnificent! Excellent! Unsurpassed!" were bandied from mouth to mouth, and everyone did his best to seem well pleased. The Emperor gave each of the swindlers a cross to wear in his buttonhole, and the title of "Sir Weaver."

Before the procession the swindlers sat up all night and burned more than six candles, to show how busy they were finishing the Emperor's new clothes. They pretended to take the cloth off the loom. They made cuts in the air with huge scissors. And at last they said, "Now the Emperor's new clothes are ready for him."

Then the Emperor himself came with his noblest noblemen, and the swindlers each raised an arm as if they were holding something. They said, "These are the trousers, here's the coat, and this is the mantle," naming each garment. "All of them are as light as a spider web. One would almost think he had nothing on, but that's what makes them so fine."

"Exactly," all the noblemen agreed, though they could see nothing, for there was nothing to see.

"If Your Imperial Majesty will condescend to take your clothes off," said the swindlers, "we will help you on with your new ones here in front of the long mirror."

The Emperor undressed, and the swindlers pretended to put his new clothes on him, one garment after another. They took him around the waist and seemed to be fastening something - that was his train-as the Emperor turned round and round before the looking glass.

"How well Your Majesty's new clothes look. Aren't they becoming!" He heard on all sides, "That pattern, so perfect! Those colors, so suitable! It is a magnificent outfit."

Then the minister of public processions announced: "Your Majesty's canopy is waiting outside."

"Well, I'm supposed to be ready," the Emperor said, and turned again for one last look in the mirror. "It is a remarkable fit, isn't it?" He seemed to regard his costume with the greatest interest.

The noblemen who were to carry his train stooped low and reached for the floor as if they were picking up his mantle. Then they pretended to lift and hold it high. They didn't dare admit they had nothing to hold.

So off went the Emperor in procession under his splendid canopy. Everyone in the streets and the windows said, "Oh, how fine are the Emperor's new clothes! Don't they fit him to perfection? And see his long train!" Nobody would confess that he couldn't see anything, for that would prove him either unfit for his position, or a fool. No costume the Emperor had worn before was ever such a complete success.

"But he hasn't got anything on," a little child said.

"Did you ever hear such innocent prattle?" said its father. And one person whispered to another what the child had said, "He hasn't anything on. A child says he hasn't anything on."

"But he hasn't got anything on!" the whole town cried out at last.

The Emperor shivered, for he suspected they were right. But he thought, "This procession has got to go on." So he walked more proudly than ever, as his noblemen held high the train that wasn't there at all.

Assalamualaikum everybody..
I would like to share with you what I have read yesterday.
I have read one article on ‘Wanita’ magazine said that women make better teacher.
Do you agree with that? Certain people said women teachers always find the time to listen their students problem and help them to solve the problems. But men teachers, on the others hand, seem to have time only for themselves and none for their students. Women teachers, they say, provide mother figures with which the students can identify. Just as students confide in and listen to their mothers can more readily than their father, they are also more ready to confide in and listen to women teachers than men teachers. In my opinion, we should not make a sweeping statement that women make better teachers. It depends on the individual.

hello...
I would like to tell you what I read before.Let's read!
A pet is an animal kept for companionship and enjoyment, as opposed to livestock, laboratory animals, working animals or sport animals, which are kept for economic reasons. The most popular pets are noted for their loyal or playful characteristics, for their attractive appearance, or for their song.
While in theory any animal might be a pet, in practice only a small number of species of mammals especially dogs and cats and other small animals, such as birds, fish, or lizards, are practical. One reason for this is that large animals are not able to fit inside small dwellings.

In general, a pet must either be small enough or easily controlled for his or her undesirable behavioral tendencies to be negligible, or the animal must be actually domesticable. Examples of the former are such animals as fish including carnivorous ones such as piranha, chickens, invertebrates or small mammals.
That's all from me.

assalamualikom.......

wow..!!! a lot of reading make me so tired... but i gain a lot of knowledge and some news about living in this world......

can u imagine that teachers we respect goes to jail for rape.....????????????
here is some news about this....

PUTRAJAYA: A religious teacher who raped an underage girl will return to prison to serve a 15-year jail sentence.

The Court of Appeal yesterday allowed the public prosecutor's appeal to set aside a High Court order to acquit Ishak Shaari of the charge.

Apart from the custodial sentence, Ishak, 44, will be given five strokes of the rotan.

Ishak came out of prison in August last year after serving a two-year term for outraging the modesty of another underage victim in Pulau Sebang, Malacca.

Court of Appeal judge Datuk Raus Md Sharif said the public prosecutor had proved that Ishak had raped the girl, then 14 years and five months, in 1995 .

"The accused did not create a doubt in the prosecution's case at the close of the defence case," said Raus in delivering the unanimous decision.

Sitting with Raus were Datuk Hasan Lah and Datuk Sulong Matjeraie.

Ishak was charged with raping the girl at a school counselling room in Tampin, Negri Sembilan, on July 4, 1995.

The Sessions Court acquitted Ishak without calling for his defence, but on appeal by the prosecution, the High Court in August 1999 ordered him to enter his defence.

The Sessions Court heard his defence and convicted him in January 2000 and sentenced him to 15 years' jail and five strokes of the rotan.

Ishak then appealed to the High Court which in January 2005 set aside the conviction and acquitted him.

Then the prosecution appealed to the Court of Appeal where deputy public prosecutor Nurulhuda Nooraini Mohd Nor submitted that the girl's testimony was corroborated by medical evidence that she was raped.

She said Ishak's conduct also revealed that he had committed the crime.

"He went to meet the girl's mother to withdraw the police report made against him."

However, counsel Karpal Singh said his client should not be convicted because there were material contradictions between the evidence of the victim and the expert witnesses, the doctor who examined her and the chemist.

Hye,
I just want to share about the article that i read from ESTIDOTMY.This article is about the product sale price.Did you ever wonder product sale prices end in odd number? But this the fact!Merville Stone was a self-made man,who worked his way up from newspaper carrier to publisher of the Chicago Daily News. When Stone first started his newspaper in 1875,the price was a penny.Circulation rose rapidly at first, then leveled off. Then sales stared lagging. When Stone investigated why fewer people were buying his paper,he discovered the problem had to do with its quality.Pennies were in short d supply.Stone decided he had to do something.First he travelled to the United State mint in Philadelphia and brought about the transfer of barrels of pennies to Chicago. The problem the became how to get the pennies into circulation. So,Stone persuaded Chicago merchants to sponsor ''odd-price sales'' during which they would sell their merchandise for a penny under the regular price. The odd prices did the trick.People had pennies again, and Stone's paper flourished. And that is why store items today cost mostly in odd amount.
