What does he mean when he says,"the mind is a wonderful thing;it start working the minute you're born, and never stops until you get up to speak"?

I've no idea how to overcome my stage fright... Some people said do a lot of preparation or practices and I've done it but seem like nothing have change. Maybe a bit but I can't feel it myself. Every time I stand in front I'll get blurred and blanked and there's goes everything's that I've trained... I think if the topic that we gonna talk about is what we like or familiar with. Then, it will be much easier for any of us to present and as a plus if we can speak fluently in the language we use to present them...

In my opinion, people must have enough preparation and practice before speaking.Besides, they can take a deep breath to relax and minimize the nervous feeling.they also should attend some class that encourage them speaking in public and give them some trainings.Consquently, they can handle stage fright through these methids.Although i know some methods to overcome stage fright but i still can't handle stage fright.

For me, stage fright is a very common problem, especially to the person that are not well-prepared. I do not agree when people usually use 'this is my first time' as the reason when come to the situation that cannot give their speech well. The thing is you have to know very well about the topic that you want to share with the audience.Only then, you can give your speech with confidently, even without any shaking, strembling and so on.

I think it is not easy to build up our confident in the front of others. As we had discuss about the difference between the experience presenter on non experience. So we can use that as the guideline to us.So practice play an important role to overcome the stage fright!!!

For me everytime I have to be a presenter my hand will shaking. So,i will avoid to hold paper and i will try to understand what i'm going to speak so that I can be better. So,it is important to know what is our problem. We should act naturally so that we could be an effective presenter.

Hm..for me,preparation is very important as it makes you become more confident to yourself and your presentation. Everyone sure will encounter stage fright including the experience speaker, but make sure you don't show it to the audience. Take a deep breath and tell yourself that you can do it.

to overcome stage fright,in my opinion one must communicate well in public such as chatting with friends, giving opinion in discussion and join community activities as all of this can help you build up ur confident in speaking as when you on stage the most common thing you will be worry about is your fluency and smooth way of deliver your speech, you scare you will be laughed by the audiences and make you embarrassed on the stage and no confident to deliver your speech any more.Besides, practise make perfect, this way can help you more confidently on stage as you can deliver everything in smooth way without any mistakes. So you can continue to speak out steadyly on stage with no fright.Other than that, when you on stage just pretend you don't know anyone and worry nothing so you can speak up loud and clear, give some eye contact to the audiences who really listening your speeach as some support to you on stage. But nothing better than self-confident.without this you will frighten everytime you on stage although you have been there for many time even for experienced speaker they will fright if got no confident.

in my opinion, you need to learn how to communicate well with others in order to overcome stage fright to speak in public..besides,you must take part in any group discussion to make you feel comfortable to speak with others..don't be scared to talk because if we have set that speaking is difficult,it will be difficult for you to speak and make you feel not confident with yourselves..and,last but not least just be yourselves while you speak..

hello.i think it's not easy to overcome the stage fright. maybe we should try to avoid stage fright. i think we should more communicate with many people and share our opinion when in a group. the most important is we must always think positive.if people can do,we also can do. maybe we can do better than them.who knows right??

in my opinion, everyone will encounter stage fright when u give u speech in front of audience! even an experienced speaker also will face the same problem!how to overcome stage fright? to overcome it, firstly you have to arrange your ideas systematically in ur speech! subsequently, u must be relaxed when u on stage!then deliver u speech smoothly & fluently!make sure your pronounciation is correct& less grammatical mistakes!furthermore, body movement, eye contact, emotions play a vital role in your speech.finally, you have to end your speech with beautiful idioms!

hmmm...during my first presentation i m just like chips n dale...keeping moving can't stop myself from keep moving and...coundn't stand still...i put my hands in my pocket because i m nervous???
i don't know why....

How i overcome stage fright?

I prepare well for few times before my presentation,
i think of the best way so that my slides can help me during my presentation,
i tell myself the audience are just my friends...
and lastly i calm myself down and this is the show time after my hard time for preparatios.

People always said make enough preparation and have a lot of practice... but for me nothing. It still the same. I still shaking while presenting. Sometimes lost. For me the best way to encounter stage fright is by speak in front other people. We can start with our best friends or roommate, then continue with group and maybe take part in class. If we need to give an idea, try to speak and give our own ideas. This actually build our confident indirectly. Besides, don;t try to be others. Be ourselves.Let other people judge us.

Stage fright can be overcome by practicing your speeches well enough. Try practice in front of the mirror, then in front of your friends, and maybe a small crowd. After awhile, the stage fright syndrome will just go off and speaking publicly will be natural. So, practice well is the key to successful public speaking.

Stage fright..i always encountered it every time i have to present or speak in front of public. It’s kind of hard to get rid of this matter. I have read some of articles about overcoming stage fright. Stage fright is nervousness at appearing before an audience. It also referred to performance anxiety and it is usually caused by feeling inadequate, whether not fully prepared, or just self-conscious about being on display before a group of people. The best way to conquer it is by doing a lot of practise. Frankly, I’ve practised a lot before my presentation but sometimes it works and sometimes it won’t work. I still get tremendously nervous when i have to speak. I hope i can control my stage fright no matter what after this.
