hello everybody..
i want to share with you what i have read this week.i believe that all of you know about REMAJA.I'm sure everybody loves this magazine so much.i love this magazine too.The content are very interesting and up to date.i have jump into one article that i found very interesting.it's about fashion. In today's times,it seems like it is more important what we wear on our body than what we know or can do.There are hundreds of sites shows books and magazines all devoted to looking good.Even though fashion doesn't have to consume your life like some,it is still somewhat important to dress nicely.Usually dressing nicely means dressing in style. Not all of us are born with the natural ability to match colors and put an accomplished looking outfit together.if you are one of these people, who don't know latest cloths, don't worry there are many sources that will help you look feel and great.hope all of you are happy reading my article=)

hello averybody!if u have one thing about urself that u can change, what will it be?is it your malay like nose or your not so tall height?no2.don't get me wrong.im not trying to harm my dearest frens out there.they are just reality that not all of us experience what angelina jolie has particularly.i mentioned her because she's one of the beautiful people on earth to name.she's been blessed by God to have that heavenly beauty.so rite here im not trying to give tips how to get beautiful bodies or whatsoever.im here to give my not so good view about an article that i may call as inspirational to me.u know sometimes we tend to shy away because we are not beautiful even we are not.regardless what people say,DON'T JUDGE yourself simply like that.u know what.the article 'as i see it' in NST taught me how to appreciate beauty.not just in skin deep.but deeper than that.the writer that i dun really remember her name mention that every people has different view about beauty.its not all bout flawless skin, pouting mouth etc..she did wrote that once a stranger came to her than told her that a person next to her is
beautiful without knowing that a person he mentioned is the writer's best buddy.and to tell u,the writer didn't tell the stranger that her best buddy has alredy married and have three kids!can u see that?even a bachelor attracted to someone older.so why must we TEENAGER worrying about not looking beautiful?perhaps we should thank to God that we are what we are.not we are because we were meant to be.i do believe we have our own beauty even people don't see it.IGNORE them.i think im quite emotional right now.hehe..maybe the article that i just read is just too right for me to share with my friends.and i, who is not a natural born reader could spend an hour reading the article.just imagine how much impact the writer had to the reader like me.its better for me to share with u about how i felt because this is my blog.i blog about what i think.ok.until we meet again next time.enjoy your day!-emma rauf 12E-

Though everything looks dark and drear,
I shall succeed.
Though failure's voice speaks in my ear,
I shall succeed.
I do not fear misfortune's blow,
I tower with strenght above each foe,
I stand erect because I know,
I shall succeed.

Night swoops down with the darkest wings,
............
............

to get full version of this inspired poem..i fully recommend all my friends out there to find this book at our own library..try it...you won't be regret at all..

at Jerantut, starting from next month (august) about 70 000 fishermen nationwide receive RM 200 monthly to help them deal with the increase in the cost of living.

i've read a motivation book, the last chapter of it..LOVE ARRIVES:the wonder of letting down your defenses.

it's a story about a woman named Maria who gave birth without married and the father for her baby didn't want to take the responsibility to take care both of them..and that's how maria's life had change.

maria had put on her weight after she born the baby.her interest is in singing business but it's too harsh on her.it's not only judging on her singing but also for her weight.so,she moved out from it and she pursued her master's degree in vocal performance.

as time goes by,and her baby grew up,she comes up with a thought that she needs someone to take care both of them and as for the baby needs a father's love and attention, but she was self-concious about her weight.

she finds her own way to calm down her feeling, from her busy days and nights by enjoying surfed the internet.she joined a group and she liked to listen to the banter(comments and jokes).

that's where she found the wonderful.she found her soul-mate.they began to get close to each other.she still had that trauma of losing the person that she lost since the last 'nightmare' that she had with her former love.but finally, her soul-mate able to convince her that he loves her trully and deeply for what she is and not for what she has.

so,the moral of story, take good care of yourself.dont get caught up in the situation of having child out of wedlock, well,it's haram in our religion,be confidence about ourself and learn to live independently.last but not least,'what is for you wont get by you'..

life's full of wonders but it's just so wonderful..

today i want to share with you all about one article that i had read at the news strait times which about from cafe to garden restaurant. The place is very interesting. In the last six years, a small cafe has grown into the impressive Ferringhi Garden seafood and steak restaurant.

A LITTLE distance up the road from the busy sidewalk stalls in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, is Ferringhi Garden, a seafood and steak restaurant run by Peh Yeoh Woei Liang, better known as Chef Liang.

Huge potted plants with towering fronds set among wooden tables in a matured garden created an oasis of refreshment in the busy Ferringhi beach area.

The food also very delicious such as satay, the sensational foursome had poached egg with parmesan, red wine and reduced garlic sauce, baked Portobello mushroom, mango salsa with smoked salmon and deep-fried scallop with Thai sauce,pan-grilled red snapper with buttered rice and tender rack of lamb grilled with honey are popular choices, exquisite tenderloin medallion steak with creamy mushroom sauce, on bed of zucchini and many more.

This restaurant also caters to private event and can seat up to 380 guests.I think this restaurant is very nice, strategy and you will very enjoy went you attend to the restaurant.Hope you can get nice memory when you go there.
See you soon with another article.

Hi everyone!

Today I came across an article on the goodness of Mediterranean diet.

A fat found in olive oil, nuts and avocados, known as oleic acid, can curb weight gain as it staves off hunger pangs. It activates a brain area that increases the feeling of satiety, sending out the message to the person that he or she is full.

That is among the reasons why a Mediterranean diet which contains high levels of unsaturated fat found in olive oil, nuts, seeds, and food such as avocados are found to be effective in losing weight.

Now I know the health benefit of Mediterranean diet which by consuming unsaturated fat from avocados, I can staves off hungers pangs towards eating more and more foods that I like such as nasi lemak, roti canai and such. Thank you for reading.

Happy Hari Raya!

Hi everyone!

Today I came across an article with the title "why men shy away from doctors".

As I know, men are stronger physically than women. But when it comes to the most important factor of all - health - men seems to be the weaker sex. Some studies point out that the genetic make-up of men makes them more vulnerable to diseases and illnesses.

Men also have fewer infection-fighting T-cells and are though to have weaker immune systems than women.

I'm quite surprised when I read that men die at a higher rate than women from various health problems. They experience symptoms of coronary artery disease 15 to 20 years before women and twice as many die of the disease compared to women.

Men also have a 50 per cent higher risk than women for cancer; twice that of women for ishemic heart disease, and three times that of women for HIV/AIDS.

Wow!No wonder men are twice as likely as women to be dead by 65,because most men smi=oke excessively, do not watch they eat and do not exercise.

I think the reason why men ignore their health is the result of their ego. Men think that they will not fall sick and they have this idea that they will always be healthy and strong.

Even if they know they are overweight and should stop smoking, they likely response would be "it's okay dear. Don't worry."

From now on, I will find a man who is not just kind and smart, but also concern about his health and his healthy lifestyle. Thank you for reading.

Hi everyone!

Today I read one article about Rosnah Mat Aris, a well known actress in the local scene. It tells about Rosnah who is beginning a fresh start in her life after the lifting of the RTM ban.

Speaking about fresh start, Rosnah is now a tad more careful when invited to appear on any “live” shows. She obviously does not want a repeat of the bitter episode in her life last year and her subsequent year-long ban on RTM radio and television channels.

The January 30 incident, which I see it live on TV3, where she commented about Prophet Muhammad’s first wife on the Sensasi talk show, sparked numerous complaints and attracted the attention of several Islamic authorities. The show has since been taken off the air.

The ban on Rosnah was lifted in March and she’s so relieved that it is all over.

Although she is a talented actress and acted in so many local dramas, she should beware with her words when dealing with people. She should respect people views and not going overboard when stating her mind especially regarding Prophet Muhammad and Islamic matters. Thank you for reading.

Hi everybody!

Today I want to share with you one article that I read. It is about a parang maker named Hipni Anggas.

Making parangs and swords is Hipni Anggas's passion. Give him a piece of metal and he turn it into a beautiful kris, samurai sword or an Iban sword.

Some years ago, the 68 year old from Kampung Lintang Ja'ie in Asajaya, Samarahan, Sarawak, made a rare 27-lobe kris which is presented to the then Yang Di-Pertuan Agong, the Sultan of Perlis.

Impressed with his craftmanship, Kraftangan Malaysia (Sarawak Division) provides him with a RM500 monthky allowance to train potential craftmen. Hipni has trained eight people so far. Kraftangan Malaysia also contributed RM50000 to set up a workshop near his house.

Hipni start his works as early as six in the morning and can make a parang in two hours but needs a whole day to make a kris. Samurai swords are only made when commissioned.

Among the items Hipni produces are parang chan dong, parang rmabo, parang tanking, parang badik, parang raut and samurai swords. He charges from RM100 to over RM300.

I never knew that parangs are made locally and traditionally;not by using machine. You should have the ability to withstand the heat of the fire and strains of hammering all the metals to producing parangs. For me, I can only withstand the heat if I'm wearing a protective suit just like those firemen on duty. Thank you for reading.

From my observation, Seventeen is a magazine suitable for teens that concentrates on beauty, fashion and advice on stuffs that what resembles teens nowadays such as dating, technology gadgets and health. For this issue, it is the beauty issue for this month, meaning the magazine is crammed full of product guides, beauty and fashion tips, and pictures of cute girls and celebrities in gorgeous clothes.

However, the dark side of beauty is also examined, in the article Dying To Be Thin, which examines eating disorder among girls desperate to be thin like the celebrities they adore. Plus, Beauty is Pain looks at all the things go through in the hope of looking beauty.

hello!!
yesterday, i read an article on the internet about a teacher and his opinion about his student and education..but i cant seem to find it back...ohhh.

but i do remember what he want us all to believe and love about education.

education is not just about learning and teaching.EDUCATION itself is a sacred word.a word of honour.BUT! for just those who honoured it.i kind of understand whats that saying but i really cannot figure it out myself about the true meaning of it.well lets just continue.when talking about education,it is more about giving and taking.whenever, wherever and whatever the situation is.It is a lipe.a behaviour oftenly most people understood. In this case, both side of student and teachers are the prime suspect. Some of them misunderstood the meaning in education when considering educaton is just for scores and grades. For work and money.exactly what method applied in most school.
when you think of it,education is something we all been having for all the time of our life.education grows up with us,live with us and die with us.Will it be fair to just considering it to be only for scoring marks and gaining higher grades?if education can speak for itself, long ago they already launch a boycott over this manipulative behaviour.
in order to achieve the true meaniing of HIGH EDUCATION and to be the real EDUCATED person, one must be prepared to transform either the student or the teacher. The education process take place in both interaction. It builds a bond which tie people around.
that is all i remember..still i read it for many time but i cant really understand what does it true meaning.
So lets all figure it out together.!!
