I have read this article about on how to reduce stress. Everyone would have stress if we did not manage stress in a better ways. First things i learned after reading this article is we need to practice SPARKLE Formula if we had a stress. S stand for Sleep well, P = Plan every day, A = Anticipate less, R = Relax, K = Keep Anger under control, L = Laugh, E = Eat Well and Exercise. While some stress is actually necessary for you to function at your best, too much takes a mental and physical toll. Learn to manage stress levels to prevent anxiety, depression and other conditions.
