firstly i want to wish HAPPY MERDEKA to all malaysian.For this month,i was read about history of malaysia especially about situation in Tanah melayu,i was read it at newspaper on 1st sept 2009. before and after indipendance.. as we know that there have a lot of challange when our first prime minister want to achieve the indipendance. so as new generation who was born after 1957,we should always praise because we can live in harmonist and peace in malaysia.As a teenegers,we should be realize about important to defend our malaysia....and always be the best generation because one day,we will manage our malaysia....

In September, i have read through an article about the "How to stay healthy in our daily life"...
Actually before this, i got read something almost same to that article. The ways to stay healthy are almost the same ones...
Firstly, the duration of our sleep hour and the time we sleep and wake up is really important.. In our age, we should not sleep less than 7 or 8 hour. If lack of sleep, we cannot do things well in our daily life.
Besides, sufficient water and nutrient are important. Those are providing energy and oxygen to our body. If over taken or imbalanced in taking foods, it will lead to obesity.
For my last points, exercise should be done at least twice a week which will take about 2 hours. If we exercise over our limit, then it will harm us...
Above the ways of keeping healthy, we should try our best to follow it... That's the article i had read about...

Currently,i read a artical about the poor old women that had a sickness child.Her son got cancer.The old women was push herself more then her ability to find the solver,she tried ti find the donate but it's still not anough to help her son.suddenly,her son passed away when she go house by house to collect some of money.She is very dissapointed because failed to help her son..The moral of this article is the bigger secrified from a mom to her son should be appriciate and should be proud.

1)Massage
Massage is excellent for relaxation and the alleviation of tension.
Massage has proved that improves the quality of sleep, which contributes to less fatigue during the day, while allegedly gives the person a sense of completion. Research has showed that people who take massage are able better to understand the importance of meditation and the importance of 'cleaning' our minds from negative thoughts.
2)Exercise
The exercise is vital to combat stress, as it mobilises the muscles, blood flows faster and opens the lungs for us to take more oxygen. It is necessary to have an active lifestyle to avoid excess weight and to enjoy the benefits of exercise, such as better sleep and better health.
3)Hobbies
When someone feels irritation, a good way to remove stress is to find a hobby. Better are the hobbies that include social activity, as they contribute to a healthy social lifestyle. Participation in a charitable organization, for example, gives a positive perspective in your life, because of the sense of integration accompanying the bid.
i think that there are many ways to manage our stress at work,university and the other.

He hates himself as he will leave the girl to continue the journey of life lonely and can’t protect her anymore. He imaging him can’t hold the hand of that girl anymore until the end of the days…
He advise that girl forget him soon and find another future as he can’t accompany her anymore for future…as remember him will only make that girl suffer…

A BMX bike or BMX is the name of a popular bicycle which is used for both casual use and sport.
Though originally connoting a bicycle intended for BMX Racing, the term "BMX bike" is now used, generically, to encompass race bikes, as well as those used for the dirt, vert, park, street and flatland disciplines of BMX.
BMX bike frames are made of various types of steel, and (largely in the racing category) aluminum. Cheaper, low end bikes are usually made of steel. Mid range bikes are mostly chromoly or hi tensile steel, which are about the same in weight and strength. High-performance BMX bikes use 4130 chromoly, or generation 3 chromoly.
Sometimes the front axle is 14mm thick, but 3/8" is much more common on modern bikes. The rear axle, however is always 14mm thick, because it has to withstand much more abuse than the front axle does.
The introduction and widespread popularity of the cassette hub has ushered in the use of smaller gearing on bmx bikes. Instead of the old 44/16 gearing found on almost all older bmx bikes, new bikes use gearing such as 36/13, 33/12, 30/11, 28/10, 25/9, and even 23/8. All those gearing ratios feel nearly identical to the old 44/16 gearing when pedaling. Advantages of smaller gearing include lighter weight, and more clearance when grinding.
