TOP 4 PHOBIAS THAT FREAK EVEN THE BEST OF US!

AQUAPHOBIA
.The fear of water.
Freaky fact : hydrophobia is usually mistakenly used to express this fear. Hydrophobia however is usually manifested in the late stages of rabies, when patients become fearful of swallowing water or even the sight of a glass of water.

ACROPHOBIA
.The fear of height.
The phobia can sometimes get pretty dangerous, as sufferers can experience panic attack which can prevent them from moving to safety.
Freaky fact : Vertigo, is commonly mistaken as acrophobia. Vertigo is really just the dizziness experienced as one of the symptoms of acrophobia.

AEROPHOBIA
.The fear of flying.
This fear is said to be one of the most documented fears, because of the mass attention towards air travel.
Freaky fact : This phobia is fairly common amongst those who are afraid of heights.

COULROPHOBIA
.The fear of clown.
This fear is usually a result of having a bad experience with clown personally, or seeing the sinister portrayal of one.
Freaky fact : the movie IT that featured a murderous clown has said to create the same ripple effect of coulrophobia as did the movie JAWS with the fear of swimming in the open ocean.

ARACHNOPHOBIA
.The fear of spiders.
most of the time, it's just a shiver that runs down your spine when you spot a spider, but sometimes it can result in a full fledge panic attack.
freaky fact : almost 50 percent of women and 10 percent of men reportedly share this phobia!

Manchester United Football Club is an English football club, based at the Old Trafford stadium in Trafford, Greater Manchester, and is arguably the most popular football club in the world, with over 330 million supporters worldwide– almost 5% of the world's population. The club was a founding member of the Premier League in 1992, and has played in the top division of English football since 1938, with the exception of the 1974–75 season. Average attendances at the club have been higher than any other team in English football for all but six seasons since 1964–65.

The club is the second most successful in the history of English football and by far the most successful of recent times, having won 20 major honours since the start of Alex Ferguson's reign as manager in November 1986. They are the Premier League's reigning champions, and have won England's top division 17 times, one short of Liverpool's record of 18 league titles. In 1968, they became the first English club to win the European Cup, beating S.L. Benfica 4–1. They won a second European Cup as part of an unprecedented Treble in 1999, before winning their third in 2008, 40 years almost to the day after their first. The club also holds the record for the most FA Cup titles with 11.

Since the late 1990s, the club has been one of the richest in the world with the highest revenue of any football club, and is currently ranked as the richest and most valuable club in football, with a value of £897 million (€1,333 million / $1.8 billion) as of May 2008. Manchester United was a founding member of the now defunct G-14 group of Europe's leading football clubs and its replacement, the European Club Association.

Alex Ferguson has been manager of the club since 6 November 1986. The current club captain is Gary Neville, who succeeded Roy Keane in November 2005.

welcome back to ump..
haha..
erm, these few days..i heard many people got problem with their laptop..
my friend format her laptop twice in a week..pity her..
so i search some tips on how to take care of the laptop..

1.Keep liquids away from your laptop. As tempting as it might be to drink coffee, soda or any other liquid near your laptop, accidents can happen all too easily. Spilled liquids may damage the internal components or cause electrical injury to the laptop. Short circuits can corrupt data or even permanently destroy parts. The solution is very simple: Keep your drinks away from your computer. Even if you're careful, someone else might bump into your desk or you.

2.Keep food away from your laptop. Don't eat over your laptop. The crumbs can go down between the keys in the keyboard and provide an invitation to small bugs. The crumbs can also irritate the circuitry. Worse, it makes the laptop look dirty if there are crumbs and food stains on it.

3.Always have clean hands when using your laptop. Clean hands make it easier to use your laptop touchpad and there will be less risk of leaving dirt and other stains on the computer. In addition, if you clean your hands before use, you will help reduce wear and tear on the coating of the laptop caused by contact with sweat and small particles that can act upon the laptop's exterior underneath your wrists and fingers.

4.Protect the LCD display monitor. When you shut your laptop, make sure there are no small items, such as a pencil or small ear-phones, on the keyboard. These can damage the display screen when shut; the screen will scratch if the item is rough. Close the lid gently and holding from the middle. Closing the lid using only one side causes pressure on that hinge, and over time can cause it to bend and snap.

5.Hold and lift the computer by its base, not by its LCD display (the screen). If you lift it by the screen part alone, you could damage the display or the hinges attaching it to the base. The display is also easily scratched or damaged by direct pressure – avoid placing pressure on it.

6.Don't pull on the power cord. Tugging your power cord out from the power socket rather than putting your hand directly on the plug in the socket and pulling can break off the plug or damage the power socket. Also, if you have the power point near your feet, avoid constantly bumping into the plug or you could loosen it and eventually break it.

7.Don't roll your chair over the computer cord. Stick the cord onto your desk with tape or a special computer cord tie which can be easily undone when you've finished using the laptop. Always try to keep most of the cord away from the floor or your legs; sometimes you can be so engrossed in what you're doing that you move your legs and forget the cord is there.

8.Insert drives into their slots carefully and at the correct angle. Pushing the wrong drive into a socket, or at an angle, or even upside down can jam it.

9.Check to see if labels are affixed securely before inserting media into your laptop computer. Media such as CDs, DVDs or floppy disks should not have any loose label parts that might jam inside the laptop drive. Never insert undersized CDs, as these can damage the disk player permanently.

10.Don't expose your laptop to rapid temperature fluctuations. When bringing your laptop indoors during winter, don't turn it on immediately. Instead, let it warm to room temperature first. This will avoid any potential for damage to the disk drive from condensation forming inside the machine.

see..its not too difficult to take care of our laptop..
i hope u can practise the tips i shared before as laptop is very important for us and we use it for a long period..
at least 4 years right?

.what-not-to-do.

Things can go from bad to worse very quickly if you focus on the wrong things. Here’s a list of things not to do when you’re faced with dead ends.

#1 don’t give up
Taking a defeatist attitude will get you no where in life. Keep trying, eventually you’ll make it.

#2 don’t label yourself a failure
One slip-up doesn’t make you a loser for the rest of your life. Negativity will only fuel more failure as you’ll have no motivation or drive to improve.

#3 don’t rush it
Whether it’s the process of feeling better or getting better at what you do, it all takes time. Time is not just the best healer, but the best trainer too. Be patient with yourself and in time you’ll reap the benefits.

#4 don’t be too hard on yourself
Ease up sister! Sometimes things are just out of your control, we all make mistakes. You can’t change what has happened, so accept responsibility, learn and move on.

#5 don’t just stick to plan A
While we love things to go our way, it’s not always the name of the game. Learn how to be flexible – that way you’ll get more out of life.

#6 don’t play the blame game
It’s much easier than accepting responsibility, but it only means you’re never going to learn. Grow up and swallow the bitter pill, it’s good for you

this tips gave me motivation to keep on focusing in a right way on what i learn.everyone have their 'brakedown' moment.ngeeee.especially me!i hope this tips help you guys out there if you are focusing on the wrong thing.

PROBS of your little HABITS ?

.F.R.E.N.C.H.F.R.I.E.S.

They maybe the most delish snack food ever, but if they’re are cooked in partially hydrogenated oil, watch out! It contains trans fat, which are bad for your heart and may even cause your body to store extra fat around your belly. Many fast-food chains now use healthier oils, like canola, but a lot of restaurants haven’t switched over yet. if you can’t find out what your fave place uses, try to cut back to once a week or so.

.F.L.I.P.F.L.O.P.S.

You know how you have to scrunch your toes to keep them on? Walking that way can overstress the muscles in your feet and legs, causing pain and permanently crooked hammertoes! As if that’s not enough, flimsy thongs also lack arch support, which can lead to puffy, swollen feet and achy heels.

You go to bed later on the weekends?

If you stay up really late on Friday or Saturday, you may think sleeping in will reverse the damage. But it just confuses your body and makes it harder to sleep the next night. This cycle leave you cranky-and may even trigger hormones that make you overeat and gain weight.

.those are my habits and when i read about it i was think back what actually the wrong thing that i done.so people, think twice.

Reasons to smile

1. Smiling makes us attractive
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away ,but a smile draws them in.

2.Smiling changes our mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. revent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home.
Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day!you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

Getting the Perfect Nap

Everyone, no matter how high-strung, has the capacity to nap. But the conditions need to be right. Dr. Sara Mednick, who will publish a book on napping in the spring (tentatively titled Take Back the Nap!, Workman Publishing) has some helpful hints:

1 The first consideration is psychological: Recognize that you're not being lazy; napping will make you more productive and more alert after you wake up.

2 Try to nap in the morning or just after lunch; human circadian rhythms make late afternoons a more likely time to fall into deep (slow-wave) sleep, which will leave you groggy.

3 Avoid consuming large quantities of caffeine as well as foods that are heavy in fat and sugar, which meddle with a person's ability to fall asleep.

4 Instead, in the hour or two before your nap time, eat foods high in calcium and protein, which promote sleep.

5 Find a clean, quiet place where passersby and phones won't disturb you.

6 Try to darken your nap zone, or wear an eyeshade. Darkness stimulates melatonin, the sleep- inducing hormone.

7 Remember that body temperature drops when you fall asleep. Raise the room temperature or use a blanket.

8 Once you are relaxed and in position to fall asleep, set your alarm for the desired duration.

Perodua Myvi has been launch in May 2005. The car has become the most popular car since that. The production company produce 8800 units every month to fit the demand.

Many Malaysian buy this car as their second car as well as their first car. Consider the fuel price nowadays, this type of car consuming quite efficient consumption of petrol.

Based on the highly demand, Perodua has launch the new facelift Myvi last week. Yes, like what is written in this article, the new Myvi has a masculine look. More accesories for entertainment and all kind of stuffs to suit with the price.

But personally, I like how the old Myvi look from the exterior. Not trying to be as Jeremy Clarkson from Topgear show, maybe it is just because I have my own taste about car...hmmm

How Long Is A Good Nap????

THE NANO-NAP: 10 to 20 secondsSleep studies haven't yet concluded whether there are benefits to these brief intervals, like when you nod off on someone's shoulder on the train.

THE MICRO-NAP: two to five minutes Shown to be surprisingly effective at shedding sleepiness.
THE MINI-NAP: five to 20 minutes Increases alertness, stamina, motor learning, and motor performance.

THE ORIGINAL POWER NAP: 20 minutesIncludes the benefits of the micro and the mini, but additionally improves muscle memory and clears the brain of useless built-up information, which helps with long-term memory (remembering facts, events, and names).

THE LAZY MAN'S NAP: 50 to 90 minutesIncludes slow-wave plus REM sleep; good for improving perceptual processing; also when the system is flooded with human growth hormone, great for repairing bones and muscles.

who like banana,,?
there is some tips to select the banana...

Banana Selection

As you've probably noticed in the marketplace, bananas are picked and shipped green. They are the only fruit that actually develop better color, texture, aroma, and sweetness when ripened after harvest. They ripen quickly after being harvested and will also hasten ripening of other fruits in their vicinity. It's the tiny seeds within the fruit that release a ripening hormone, a mixture of ethylene gas and carbon dioxide.

When selecting bananas, think about your usage time frame. You may wish to choose some already ripe for immediate use and some still slightly but not overly green to ripen for later use. Select bananas that are bright in color, full and plump, avoiding those with bruises. A dull, gray color indicates they have been chilled or overheated during storage.

Ripe bananas show no trace of green skin. Fullest flavor is derived from bananas that begin to develop tiny dark specks. If you are unable to easily break the stem to peel the banana, it is not yet ripe. If the skin is difficult to separate from the fruit, it is most likely too starchy and bitter to eat without cooking and could cause digestional distress and/or constipation if eaten raw.

You can speed up the ripening process by placing the bananas in an open paper bag on the counter. Bananas are best stored on the counter, away from direct heat and sunlight.

i hope this tips can help to select the best banana to eat...

this is story about my idol..
WAYNE ROONEY.....

Rooney is the first child of Thomas Wayne and Jeanette Marie Rooney (née Morrey). He was raised in Croxteth with younger brothers Graeme and John, and all three attended De La Salle School. Wayne grew up supporting local club Everton F.C., and his childhood hero was Duncan Ferguson. After excelling for Liverpool Schoolboys and Dynamo Brownwings, Everton signed Rooney on schoolboy terms at the age of ten. He was part of the youth squad, and after scoring in an FA Youth Cup match, he revealed a T-shirt under his jersey that read, "Once a Blue, always a Blue."Since he was underage at the time and therefore ineligible for a professional contract, he was playing for £80 a week and living with his family on one of the country's council estates.

On 19 October 2002, five days before his seventeenth birthday, Rooney scored a match-winning goal against reigning league champions Arsenal F.C.; in addition to ending Arsenal's thirty-match unbeaten run, it made Rooney the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history, a record that has since been surpassed twice by James Milner and currently James Vaughan. He was named BBC Sports' 2002-03 Young Personality of the Year.

At the end of the 2003-04 season, Rooney, citing Everton's inability to challenge for European competition, requested a transfer that Everton refused to oblige if the transfer fee was less than £50 million. A three-year, £12,000-a-week contract offer from the club was snubbed by Rooney's agent in August 2004, leaving Manchester United and Newcastle United F.C. to compete for his signature. The Times reported that Newcastle were close to signing Rooney for £18.5 million, as confirmed by Rooney's agent, but Manchester United ultimately won the bidding war and Rooney signed at the end of the month after a £31 million deal with Everton was reached. It marked the most expensive transfer for a teenaged player, as Rooney was several weeks shy of his nineteenth birthday at the time of the signing.

On 1 September 2006, Everton manager David Moyes sued Rooney for libel after the tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail published excerpts from Rooney's 2006 autobiography that accused the coach of leaking Rooney's reasons for leaving the club to the press. The case was settled out of court for £500,000 on 3 June 2008, and Rooney apologized to Moyes for "false claims" he had made in the book regarding the matter.

Manchester United

Rooney made his United debut on 28 September 2004 in a 6-2 Champions League group stage win over Fenerbahçe S.K., scoring a hat-trick along with an assist. One year later, he was sent off for dissent in a goalless Champions League group draw with Villarreal CF in Spain on 14 September 2005, after he sarcastically applauded referee Kim Milton Nielsen when he was booked for a foul. His first trophy with United came in the 2006 League Cup, and he was also named man of the match after scoring twice in United's 4-0 win over Wigan Athletic in the final.

Rooney was sent off in an Amsterdam Tournament match against F.C. Porto on 4 August 2006 after hitting Porto defender Pepe with an elbow. He was punished with a three-match ban by the FA, following their receipt of a 23-page report from referee Ruud Bossen that explained his decision. Rooney wrote a letter of protest to the FA, citing the lack of punishment handed down to other players who were sent off in friendlies. He also threatened to withdraw the FA's permission to use his image rights if they did not revoke the ban, but the FA had no power to make such a decision.

During the first half of the 2006-07 season, Rooney ended a ten-game scoreless streak with a hat-trick against Bolton Wanderers F.C.,and he signed a two-year contract extension the next month that tied him to United until 2012. By the end of April, a combination of two goals in an 8-3 aggregate quarterfinal win over A.S. Roma and two more in a 3-2 semifinal first leg victory over A.C. Milan brought Rooney's total goal amount to twenty-three in all competitions and tied him with teammate Cristiano Ronaldo for the team goalscoring lead.

United announced during the postseason that Rooney had taken over the #10 jersey that was vacated by Ruud van Nistelrooy, who had left for Real Madrid a year earlier. He was presented with the shirt at a press conference on 28 June 2007 by former United striker Denis Law, who had also worn the number during his tenure with the club.
Rooney being treated for his broken foot
Rooney being treated for his broken foot

On 12 August 2007, Rooney fractured his left metatarsal in United's opening-day goalless draw against Reading F.C.He had suffered the same injury to his right foot in 2004. After being sidelined for six weeks, he returned for United's 1-0 CL group stage win over Roma on 2 October, scoring the match's only goal. However, barely a month into his return, Rooney injured his ankle during a training session on 9 November, and missed an additional two weeks. His first match back was against Fulham F.C. on 3 December, in which he played seventy minutes.Rooney missed a total of ten games and finished the 2007-08 season with eighteen goals, as United clinched both the Premiership and the Champions League, in which they defeated league rivals Chelsea F.C. in the competition's first-ever all-English final.

Paul Stretford controversy

In July 2002, while Rooney was with Everton, agent Paul Stretford encouraged Rooney and his parents to enter the player into an eight-year contract with Proactive Sports Management. However, Rooney was already with another representation firm at the time, while Stretford's transaction went unreported to the FA, and he was thus charged with improper conduct. Stretford alleged in his October 2004 trial that he had secretly recorded boxing promoter John Hyland (an associate of Rooney's first agent) and two other men threatening and attempting to blackmail him for an undisclosed percentage of Rooney's earnings.

Stretford's case collapsed due to evidence that conflicted with his insistence that he had not signed Rooney, and on 9 July 2008, he was found guilty of "making of false and/or misleading witness statements to police, and giving false and/or misleading testimony." In addition, the contract to which Stretford had signed Rooney was two years longer than the limit allowed by the FA. Stretford was fined £300,000 and banned from working as a football agent for eighteen months, a verdict he promptly appealed.

International career
Rooney playing for England
Rooney playing for England

Rooney became the youngest player to play for England when he earned his first cap in a friendly against Australia on 12 February 2003 at seventeen, the same age in which he also became the youngest player to score an England goal. Arsenal youngster Theo Walcott broke Rooney's appearance record by 36 days in June 2006.

His first tournament action was at Euro 2004, in which he became the youngest scorer in competition history on 17 June 2004, when he scored twice against Switzerland; however, this record was topped by Swiss midfielder Johan Vonlanthen four days later. Rooney suffered an injury in the quarterfinal match against Portugal as England were eliminated on penalties.

Following a foot injury in an April 2006 Premier League match, Rooney faced a race to fitness for the 2006 World Cup. England attempted to hasten his recovery with the use of an oxygen tent, which allowed Rooney to enter a group match against Trinidad and Tobago and start the next match against Sweden. However, he never got back into game shape and went scoreless as England bowed out in the quarterfinals, again on penalty kicks.

Rooney was red-carded in the 62nd minute of the quarterfinal for stomping on Portugal defender Ricardo Carvalho as both attempted to gain possession of the ball, an incident that occurred right in front of referee Horacio Elizondo. Rooney's United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo openly protested his actions, and was in turn shoved by Rooney. Elizondo sent Rooney off, after which Ronaldo was seen winking at the Portugal bench. Rooney denied intentionally targeting Carvalho in a statement on 3 July, adding, "I bear no ill feeling to Cristiano but am disappointed that he chose to get involved. I suppose I do, though, have to remember that on that particular occasion we were not teammates." Elizondo confirmed the next day that Rooney was dismissed solely for the infraction on Carvalho. Rooney was fined CHF5,000 for the incident.

Personal life

Rooney met Coleen McLoughlin while both were in their final year of secondary school. They married on 12 June 2008 after six years of dating, during which Rooney admitted to soliciting prostitution in Liverpool in 2004. "I was young and stupid. It was at a time when I was very young and immature and before I had settled down with Coleen." He has a tattoo of the words "Just Enough Education To Perform," from a song by his favorite band, the Stereophonics; McLoughlin arranged for the group to play at their wedding reception. In April 2006, he was awarded £100,000 in libel damages from tabloids The Sun and News of the World, who had claimed that he had assaulted her in a nightclub. Rooney donated the money to charity.

Rooney and McLoughlin reside in a £4.25 million mansion in the village of Prestbury, Cheshire, which was built by a company owned by Dawn Ward, the wife of former Sheffield United striker Ashley Ward. He also owns property in Port Charlotte, Florida. While Rooney was house hunting in Cheshire after signing with Manchester United, he spotted a pub sign that read "Admiral Rodney," which he misread as "Admiral Rooney." He nonetheless considered it a positive omen for his future home.

Rooney has endorsement deals with Nike, Nokia,Ford, Asda, and Coca-Cola. He appeared on four straight UK-version covers of Electronic Arts' FIFA series from 2005 to 2008.

On 9 March 2006, Rooney signed the largest sports book deal in publishing history with HarperCollins, who granted him a £5 million advance plus royalties for a minimum of five books to be published over a twelve-year period. The first, My Story So Far, an autobiography ghostwritten by Hunter Davies, was published after the World Cup. The second publication, The Official Wayne Rooney Annual, was aimed at the teenage market and edited by football journalist Chris Hunt.

In July 2006, Rooney's lawyers went to the United Nations' World Intellectual Property Organisation to gain ownership of the Internet domain names waynerooney.com and waynerooney.co.uk, both of which Welsh actor Huw Marshall registered in 2002. Three months later, the WIPO awarded Rooney the rights to waynerooney.com.

i have read about the article that have five easy steps to a flat stomach..

To really lose the fat, strengthen the abs, and develop real six pack abs, follow these five easy steps..

1..Write down in a notebook everything you eat for three days, be sure to estimate the quantity as closely as you can.

2..Do a search on the internet for calorie counters to find out the calorie content of the foods you've listed. Then list the calories for each item on your list.

3..dd up your total calories for the three days, and then divide by three. This is your average daily calorie consumption.

4..Determine where you can cut 250 calories per day by analyzing where you are consuming excessive calories, or calories with little nutritional value. Don’t forget to include what you drink.

5..Begin some type of exercise to burn 250 additional calories per day. These can include your abdominal exercises of course, but if you want to supercharge your calorie burn, try and incorporate some aerobic training. It doesn't take much exercise to burn 250 calories. Walking just 2-3 miles will accomplish this for most people.

i hope this article can help us to make our healthy always in a good condition. For mens,to avoid us from have a big stomach in the future, lets try this tips..

i have read about a article about a 29-year-old would-be-thief died after he was believed to have been mauled by a dog at Taman Asahan in Gemencheh near here early Tuesday.

The victim had allegedly tried to rob a security guard known only as Arumugam at a shoplot when the dog pounced on him in the 12.30am incident. It is learnt that the dog belonged to Arumugam.

Tampin police chief Supt Zull Aznam Haron confirmed the incident.

“However we have yet to determine the cause of death because the victim and the security guard were also involved in a scuffle before the dog bit the victim,” he said.

Zull Aznam said the victim, who lived in Tebung in Alor Gajah, ran away when the dog began attacking him. He then hitched a ride on a van and lodged a report at the Gemencheh police station.

It is learnt that the victim was bleeding profusely when he went to the station to lodge a report.

“The victim sought treatment at the Gemencheh government clinic later where he was given 10 stitches for his wounds,” he said.

He said police personnel who were making their rounds then saw the victim sprawled in front of a shoplot.

“He had bruises all over his body. Preliminary investigations show that he may also have been hit with a blunt object,” he said.

Zull Aznam said policemen then sent the victim to Tampin Hospital but he was pronounced dead 30 minutes later. His remains have been sent to the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital for a post mortem to establish the actual cause of death.

Police have detained the security guard to assist in their investigation.

Peguins is the largest living species is the Emperor Penguin adults average about 1.1 m (3 ft 7 in) tall and weigh 35 kg (75 lb) or more. The smallest penguin species is the Little Blue Penguin (also known as the Fairy Penguin), which stands around 40 cm tall (16 in) and weighs 1 kg (2.2 lb). Among extant penguins larger penguins inhabit colder regions, while smaller penguins are generally found in temperate or even tropical climates (see also Bergmann's Rule). Some prehistoric species attained enormous sizes, becoming as tall or as heavy as an adult human (see below for more). These were not restricted to Antarctic regions; on the contrary, subantarctic regions harboured high diversity, and at least one giant penguin occurred in a region not quite 2,000 km south of the Equator 35 mya, in a climate decidedly warmer than today

I had have read an article on the most effective way to flatten those abs. According to the writer maybe you will gets many different answers. I try to recall this article, but cannot remember is from where. Anyway, here are some features that I still remember:
1)Morning cardio on an empty stomach sheds more fat
-Do basic aerobic exercise on a consists basis if the time of day suits our lifestyle
-Eating something digestible-like a piece of fruit before morning workouts so muscles and body has enough energy for a workout.

2)Muscles weighs more than fat

3)Exercising at lower intensities burns more fat
-exercise performed at lower intensities doe’s burn a larger percentage of calories from fat than from carbohydrates.
-the high the intensity, the more calories are burned.
-high intensity workout also increase the metabolic rate, more calories are burned after exercise

4)Eat anything you want as long as you exercise

5)Women who life weights become muscular and masculine

6)Spot reducing is impossible

7) Stretching before exercise is best

8) The more exercise, the better.

So, why don’t we have a try on these?

Hye Guys~~~

Are you stress with your study because the test 2 and final exam?? If you are suffering from stress, there are several steps you can take –
1 Self Affirmation. Everyone, whatever their circumstances, can think of something in their lives of which they can be rightly proud. It may be related to their family, home, car, hobbies or work. All of us can also remember something we have done which has brought forth praise or appreciation from another person. Thinking of these things will enable to all of us to realise the value we have added to the lives of other people around us. It also helps us to identify and focus on things we have done which are meritorious. Doing similar things will hopefully bring forth the same welcome effects.
2 Talk about things. Many people are blessed with good friends. These friends are invaluable when problems arise. Many of us are reluctant to speak with friends about our problems as we feel that we are imposing on them. This is true, but then again, this is what friends are for. All of us must be able to recall instances when a friend, close of otherwise, confided in us concerning a problem and requested our advice. Well, friendship is based on reciprocity. Although our friends may not be able to provide definitive solutions to problems, the old adage, a problem shared is a problem halved, remains true. The simple exercise of telling a receptive listener about a problem assists us to articulate matters clearly and succinctly. This, in itself, is a benefit and a friend will invariably have something interesting and relevant to say about things.
3 Talk about break. If possible, try to take a break in the winter, rather than use up all your annual leave in the summer. When you are on holiday, it is preferable to leave problems of work behind. For many of us, this means we should not take our mobile phone and laptop with us. If you are on holiday in a warm, sunny climate, then it is important to take advantage of these natural conditions. In other words, you can taking long walks along the beach.

i wanna share sumthing too... its about women.. in the perspective of islam... because nowadays there are sum people claimed that islam denied the women's right... this is sum of what the writer describe about women...

"The status of women in Islam is unique, noble and something different. They have great rights that make them queen or princess in the eyes of the fathers, mothers, brothers, sister, husband and children. No divine religion and secular law has given women the rights that Islam has given whether they’re adults or children. It is the Law of the Creator which has no resemblance, and no one, no organization and constitution has the authority to withdraw such rights, because they are integral part of the Islamic faith. Women are recognized by Islam as a full and equal partner of man."

for those who interested on this topic u can search the internet to read this...the title is;The Rights of Women in Islam...

this is sumthing else i want ti share...it is something for us to remember..

Narrated Abu Huraira: While the Prophet was saying something
in a gathering, a Bedouin came and asked him, "When would the
Hour (Doomsday) take place?" Allah's Apostle continued his
talk, so some people said that Allah's Apostle had heard the
question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some
of them said that Allah's Apostle had not heard it. When the
Prophet finished his speech, he said, "Where is the
questioner, who inquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The
Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the
Prophet said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour
(Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The
Prophet said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands
of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"

so...my friends... we'll be the next who will get and be the authority..bare in minds not to do such things...be honest..

hye guys! here i wannna share about Israeli-Palestinian conflict...

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is an ongoing dispute between the State of Israel and the Palestinians. It forms part of the wider Arab–Israeli conflict. Essentially, it is a dispute between two national identities with claims over the same area of land. Many attempts have been made to broker a two-state solution, which would entail the creation of an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel. At present, the vast majority of Israelis and Palestinians, according to many major polls, agree a two-state solution is the best way to end the conflict. Most Palestinians view the West Bank and Gaza Strip as constituting the area of their future state, which is a view also accepted by most Israelis. A handful of academics advocate a one-state solution, whereby all of Israel, the Gaza Strip, and West Bank would become a bi-national state with equal rights for all. However, there are significant areas of disagreement over the shape of any final agreement and also regarding the level of credibility each side sees in the other in upholding basic commitments.

There are various domestic and international actors involved in the conflict. The direct negotiating parties are the Israeli government, currently led by Ehud Olmert, and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), currently headed by Mahmoud Abbas. The official negotiations are mediated by an international contingent known as the Quartet on the Middle East (the Quartet) represented by a special envoy that consists of the United States, Russia, the European Union, and the United Nations. The Arab League is another important actor, which has proposed an alternative peace plan. Egypt, a founding member of the Arab League, has historically been a key participant.

Since 2006, the Palestinian side has been fractured by conflict between the two major factions: Hamas, the largest party, and Fatah. As a result, the territory controlled by the Palestinian National Authority (the Palestinian interim government) is split between Fatah in the West Bank, and Hamas in the Gaza strip. This has proved problematic as Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by Israel and many other countries which means that despite the fact it won the Palestinian elections of 2006, it has not been allowed to participate in official negotiations.

The most recent round of peace negotiations began at Annapolis, Maryland, United States, in November 2007. These talks aim to have a final resolution by the end of 2008. The parties agree there are six core, or 'final status,' issues which need to be resolved:Jerusalem, refugees, settlements, security, borders and water. These issues are discussed at length below.

Within Israeli and Palestinian society, the conflict generates a wide variety of views and opinions (see also Israeli and Palestinian views of the peace process). This serves to highlight the deep divisions which exist not only between Israelis and Palestinians, but also amongst themselves.

A hallmark of the conflict has been the level of violence witnessed for virtually its entire duration. Fighting has been conducted by regular armies, paramilitary groups, and terror cells. Casualties have not been restricted to the military, with a large loss of civilian life on both sides.

are u ready to war?no?
here i wanna share with u about conventional weapons and secret weapons...u can find more about secret weapon at www.secretweapon.com

-OICW(Objective Individual Combat Weapon)

1.The Perfect Infantry Weapon
The OICW is a next generate weapon. The ammo actually has a computer on-board. You thought smart bombs were cool. Well, this gun takes smart weapons to the next level. Imagine being in a sniper fight with your enemy. Both your enemy and you are hiding behind heavy bullet proof shelters. But you have the advantage. You have a OICW. Your weapon has a built-in range finder. Now that you know the distance between you and your enemy, for example 720 feet away. You don't need to directly hit him if he is hiding behind something. You point your gun over his position or behind him. The gun actually programs the ammo to explode at 725 feet which will blast shrapnel all over. With the OICW, line of sight is no longer a rule for sniper fights!

2.The Smart Ammo
The Ammo that knows when to explode and become shrapnel. When you don't have a clear shot. Switching to the 20MM explosive round. Each round of Smart Ammo has an on-board computer and costs $25.00. The OICW holds a clip of 6 x 20MM smart ammo.
History of the OICW
First conceived in the early 1990s. First prototype capably of firing was in 1997. The maker estimates they will be fully tested and deployed by 2006.

-BIOLOGICAL WEAPON
The agents
Biological weapons contain living bacterial or viral organisms, or the toxins produced by them. The toxins are generally the most lethal and act the quickest, producing incapacitation or death within minutes or hours. Bacterial and viral pathogens require an incubation period of 24 hours to six weeks before the appearance of symptoms.

Bacterial agents include anthrax, meloidosis, pneumonic plague and glanders.
Viral agents include smallpox, yellow fever, equine encephalitis and influenza.
Toxins include botulinum toxin, ricin and mycotoxins.

-NAVEL POWER

1.Aircraft carriers
Since World War II, U.S. naval doctrine has been built around the aircraft carrier and the submarine, with surface vessels in a support role. The Tomahawk missile has changed that somewhat, but the carrier is still the queen of the fleet. The newest and most numerous carriers in the fleet are the eight nuclear-powered Nimitz class vessels

2.Ticonderoga class cruisers
With only a few older exceptions, the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser is the Navy's primary large surface ship. Twenty-seven are now in the fleet with none under construction. These ships, once used to engage enemy surface units and to support amphibious landings, now have the power to launch dozens of Tomahawk cruise missiles thousands of miles into enemy territory.

3.Destroyers
Several classes of guided-missile destroyers are still in service in the U.S. Navy, but the Arleigh Burke class is rapidly replacing older ships. Destroyers once served primarily to escort carriers, provide anti-aircraft defense and hunt submarines. Today, like larger cruisers, they're equipped with long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles.

4.Frigates
Frigates, traditionally a bit smaller and faster than destroyers, are likely to be phased out over the next generation. However, as late as 1987 the Navy was launching ships of the Oliver Hazard Perry class. These ships today serve primarily for anti-submarine warfare, patrol and anti-aircraft in carrier task forces. Britain has based frigates in the Gulf region.

5.Mine Countermeasures Ships
The U.S. task force group has 2 Avenger class mine countermeasures vessels, the USS Ardent and the USS Dextrous. These ships are designed to clear mines from vital waterways.

6.Attack submarines
Attack submarines are designed to seek and destroy enemy submarines and surface ships. Since the advent of the Tomahawk missile, however, they have become land-attack vessels as well.

7.HMS Illustrious
The largest Royal Navy task force assembled since the 1982 Falklands War happened to be in the Arabian Sea when the attacks on the United States took place. Britain has extended their stay -- originally part of an exercise with the Gulf state of Oman that also included 22,000 British troops -- and has said they are available to support U.S. forces if needed.

-AIR POWER

1.AC-130
The AC-130 gunship's primary missions are close air support, air interdiction and force protection. Missions in close air support are troops in contact, convoy escort and urban operations. Air interdiction missions are conducted against preplanned targets or targets of opportunity. Force protection missions include air base defense and facilities defense. F-117 Stealth fighter

2.The F-117A Nighthawk is the world's first operational aircraft designed to exploit low-observable stealth technology. It was used for the first time in Panama in 1989 and extensively in the Gulf War. The larger bomber version, the B-2 Stealth bomber, is not deployed in the gulf.B-2 "Spirit" Stealth bomber

3.The B-2 bomber quickly became the mainstay of the U.S. Air Force after making its debut in the Kosovo conflict. In that conflict, it changed the face of tactical military doctrine by flying all of its missions from bases in the United States, refueling in the air along the way. The United States now has 21 on active service.F/A-18 Hornet

4.The F/A-18C Hornet is an all-weather, multirole light fighter and attack aircraft. It was designed for traditional strike applications such as interdiction and close air support without compromising its fighter capabilities.F-14 Tomcat

5.The F-14 Tomcat is a supersonic, twin-engine, variable sweep-wing, two-place fighter designed to attack and destroy enemy aircraft at night and in all weather conditions. The F-14 can track up to 24 targets simultaneously with its advanced weapons-control system and attack six with Phoenix AIM-54A missiles while continuing to scan the airspace. Armament also includes a mix of other air intercept missiles, rockets and bombs.F-15 Eagle

6.The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to gain and maintain air superiority in aerial combat. It's out of production for the United States but has spawned lucrative export versions operated by Israel, Saudi Arabia and several NATO air forces. F-16 Falcon fighter

7.The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a compact, multirole fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attacks. It provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance weapon system for the United States and allied nations. With the Soviet MiG-29, it is the world's premier fighter aircraft. B-1 bomber Lancer

8.The B-1B is a long-range strategic bomber, capable of flying intercontinental missions without refueling, then penetrating present and future sophisticated enemy defenses. It can perform a variety of missions, including that of a conventional weapons carrier for theater operations. The bombers were involved in a series of controversial crashes early in its lifetime and were a highly debated and expensive addition to the U.S. arsenal. B-52 Stratofortress

9.The B-52 is a long-range, heavy bomber that can perform a variety of missions. The bomber is capable of flying at high subsonic speeds at altitudes up to 50,000 feet. It can carry nuclear or conventional ordnance with worldwide precision navigation capability. It was the primary long-range nuclear bomber of the Cold War and was used intensively both in Vietnam and the Gulf War. A-10 Thunderbolt

10.The A-10, flown by the U.S. Air Force, is a "tank-buster." They're designed for close air support of ground forces. They are simple, effective and survivable twin-engine jet aircraft that can be used against all ground targets, including tanks and other armored vehicles. C-2A Greyhound

11.The twin-engine C-2A Greyhound cargo aircraft provides critical logistics support to aircraft carriers. Its primary mission is onboard delivery. Powered by two T-6 turboprop engines, the C-2A can deliver a payload of up to 10,000 pounds. The cabin can readily accommodate cargo, passengers or both. It is also equipped to accept litter patients in medical evacuation missions. EA-6B Prowler

12.The EA-6B Prowler provides an umbrella of protection over strike aircraft and ships by jamming enemy radar, electronic data links and communications. The EA-6B Prowler is a twin-engine, mid-wing aircraft designed for carrier and advanced base operations with a fully integrated electronic warfare system combining long-range, all-weather capabilities with advanced electronic countermeasures. A forward equipment bay and pod-shaped faring on the vertical fin, house the additional avionics equipment. The side-by-side cockpit arrangement gives maximum efficiency, visibility and comfort E-2C Hawkeye

13.The E-2C Hawkeye is the Navy's all-weather, carrier-based tactical warning and control system aircraft. Additional missions include surface surveillance coordination, strike and interceptor control, search and rescue guidance and communications relay. An integral component of the carrier air wing, the E-2C uses computerized sensors to provide early warning, threat analyses and control of counteraction against air and surface targets.Harrier jump jet

14.The AV-8B Harrier "jump jet" can take off and land vertically on a space only a bit larger than itself. The Royal Navy flies a Sea Harrier variant off of its aircraft carriers. Those deployed in the Gulf, however, are operated by the U.S. Marines from amphibious assault ships. India's navy also operates the jet. S-3B Viking

15.The Vikings are used in the detection and attack of submarines. The extremely versatile Viking also is used as an armed scout in the anti-surface role, as well as tanking, mining and limited electronic surveillance.SH-60F Seahawk

16.The Seahawks are used for anti-submarine warfare, search and rescue, anti-ship warfare, cargo lift and special operations. (This is the naval version of the more widely known Army helicopter, the AH-60 Blackhawk.)ES-3B Shadow

17.TThe ES-3B Shadow is used for reconnaissance. The ES-3 is a carrier-based subsonic, all-weather, long-range, electronic reconnaissance aircraft. It operates primarily with carrier battle groups providing Indications and Warning (I&W) support to the battle group and joint theater commanders. It carries an extensive suite of electronic sensors and communications gear.

-MISSLES/BOMBS

1.Tomahawk cruise missile
Used for long-range, subsonic land-attack warfare.

2.Air Launched Cruise Missile
The ALCS is launched from B-52 or B-1B bombers and is capable of flying thousands of miles while hugging terrain and evading radar. It is considered, with the Navy's Tomahawk, the most accurate missile in existence. However, the ALCS is capable of delivering a warhead twice the size of that on the Tomahawk -- 2,000 pounds as opposed to 1,000 pounds.

3.Patriot air-defense missiles
The Patriot anti-missile gained fame during the Gulf War, when the missiles were used extensively in an effort to protect Israel and coalition bases in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain from Iraqi Scud missile attacks. Their effectiveness then was not great but since they have been improved. The United States has been working with Israeli engineers on a next generation anti-missile system known as the Arrow.

4.AGM-88 HARM missile system
Used for air-to-surface anti-radiation attacks on hostile radar installations

5.AGM-65 Maverick guided missile
Air-to-surface, laser-guided missile is used to attack and destroy armor, air defenses, ships, ground transportation and fuel installations.

6.AIM-9 Sidewinder missile
Used as a heat-seeking, air-to-air missile.

7.Joint Stand Off Weapon (JSOW)
JSOW is a recently developed family of kinematically efficient, air-to-surface glide weapons, in the 1,000-lb class, that provide standoff capabilities from 15 nautical miles (low-altitude launch) to 40 nautical miles (high-altitude launch). The JSOW will be used against a variety of land and sea targets and will operate from ranges outside enemy-point defenses. The JSOW is a launch-and-leave weapon that employs a tightly coupled Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System, and is capable of day/night and adverse weather operations.

8.AIM-54 Phoenix missile
Used as a long-range, air-launched air intercept missile

9.Harpoon and Harpoon/SLAM missile systems

10.Sparrow missile
Used as an air-to-air and surface-to-air radar-guided missile.

11.Bunker busters
The U.S. developed a gigantic bomb whose characteristics remain classified to destroy bunkers of the Iraqi military during the Gulf War. The bomb, which is guided by lasers to its target, is known as a GBU-28 and could be used against caves or deep bunkers in Afghanistan.

12.Cluster bombs
Cluster bombs -- highly controversial because of the high percentage that do not explode and remain dangerous long after the battle ends -- are generally used against troop formations. The bombs explode, spreading smaller bomblets over a wide area.

-GROUND FORCES

1.Ground Troops
The men that power all weapons and do the hand to hand combat. No war can be won without execellant ground troops.

2.M1 Abrams tank
The main battle tank of the U.S. Army carries a 120 mm laser-guided gun with rapid-fire, on-the-move capability. The tank costs about $4.3 million, weighs 70 tons and is very difficult to deploy in remote areas. About 7,600 are in service. Some 7,000 older M-60 tanks also remain in service.

5.Anti-tank missiles
T8,000 TOW missiles; 24,000 Dragon and 500 Javelin missiles.

6.Anti-aircraft missiles
The U.S. Army maintains about 500 Patriot missile batteries and more than 10,000 smaller Stinger, Avenger and Linebacker missiles.

7.AH-64 Apache
More than 800 of these fast attack helicopters in various configurations are in service. They are used to kill tanks and support ground forces with missile and gunfire.

8.AH-1 Cobra
About 450 Cobra and SuperCobra light attack helicopters are in service with the Army and Marines. They are used primarily to suppress ground fire.

9.UH-60 Blackhawk
About 1,500 of these large transport-attack helicopters are in service, many with special forces and air cavalry units.

-SURVAILENCE

i just want to share with you all about palestine.
palestine is a name which has been widely used since Roman times to refer to the region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River. Other terms that have been used to refer to all or part of this area include Israel, "Greater Israel" (Hebrew Eretz Yisrael), Southern Syria, Greater Syria, Arabistan, Canaan, and the Holy Land.

In the broad geographical sense, Palestine refers to an area that includes contemporary Israel and the Palestinian territories, parts of Jordan, and parts of Lebanon and Syria. In the narrow sense, it refers to the area within the boundaries of the former British Mandate of Palestine (1920-1948) west of the Jordan River.

Today, Palestine may also refer to the State of Palestine proposed by the Palestinian National Authority.

Within the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the term Palestine has weighty political connotations and arouses fierce controversy.

assalamualiku this is the problem about this country.
Ego driven people

I found and read this article in the text muet (Longman),this article tell us about ego-driven people. Ego-driven people are controlled by fear of failure and they need to be always correct. They are dependent on what other people think of them, are not humble and think they can never be wrong. Their behaviour leads to arrogance. Unlike conceited people who think much more highly of themselves, arrogant people think much more highly of themselves compared to others. They also do not consider opinions of other people. Arrogant people only care for their own opinions and prefer to listen to people who flatter them. Arrogant people reward those who praise them and not those who give sincere feedback.

Brain Power Foods

You are what you eat. It means that foods play a very important role to enhance your ability to do some works. However, do you realise that foods also affected our brain power. Brain power is characterized by how alert, energetic, and concentrated your brain is in response to a task. Information in your brain passes through neurotransmitters, which are manufactured by the nerve cells using precursors. Different neurotransmitters will have different impacts on your brain activity. For example, serotonin is the calming neurotransmitter that usually makes you more relaxed, drowsy, and fuzzy-headed. While dopamine and norepinephrine are neurotransmitters that make you more alert, more attentive, motivated and mentally energetic. See, how do foods affected your brain power. So start from now, be wise on choosing your foods.

Drink more water - Maybe it's a soothing, flowing activity; maybe the water actually does something to the digestion or something.
Breathe deep - When breathing in, imagine peace coming in and filling your being, and making you as light as a balloon, colour of your choice, but ideally no red. Green or blue maybe. When exhaling, or breathing out, imagine stress and problems leaving you.
Beauty treatment 1 - There's something soothing about letting somebody fiddle about with your hair and face.
Beauty treatment 2 - Look at beautiful things. Sceneries, children, cute animals, sexy people. Visit hubs that are beautiful. Change your desktop image into a beautiful picture.
Sharpen a pencil - There are many such rhythmic activities which relax you fast. Rhythm soothes the stressed out beast.
Water treatment - Take a bath or swim or dance in the rain or stand under a waterfall.
Meditate - Sit still, breathe rhythmic, think beautiful thoughts. No, drowning your neighbour in clear soup is not beautiful! Love your neighbour. Think beauty, love, peace...
Laugh - Laugh out loud, and the world will think you're crazy. Let them! It will relax them too! That's social service you're doing! Read jokes on the web, or wherever.
Play - Playing with a child or a pet. Have you noticed that children don't suffer from much stress till they are introduced to adult things like grades and stuff?

YOU ARE MY FRIENDS meaning of frenz...Friends are someone that you trust, someone that is meaningful in your life, a reflection of yourself for the other people to judge you. Someone who you think as a friend will accept you as what you are even though others might see you in a different way. Friends will never ever turn their back on you, especially when you need them most. For me, friend is like a gift, which gives me a reason to keep on living, as they will always be on my side to support me. Honestly, without friends by my side the life would be meaningless…

Francesc "cesc" fabregas(born 4 May 1987 in Arenys de Mars,Barcelona)..
is a Spanish footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Arsenal in the English Premier League and for the Spanish national team. Fàbregas started his career as a trainee with FC Barcelona but was signed by Arsenal in September 2003. He did not feature much in his first season for The Gunners, but following injuries to key midfielders in the 2004–05 season, his playing time increased. Before long, he had established himself as Arsenal's starting central midfielder and playmaker. He went on to break several of the club's records, earning a reputation as a technically-gifted player. In international football, the Spaniard's national career began when he represented the Under-17 side at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championship in Finland. As a result of his club performances, he was called up to the senior squad in 2006. He has played in the 2006 World Cup and Euro 2008, where he was one of the key players that helped Spain lift the trophy.

2..It was built in 2003 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style shift transmission, and carbon-ceramic brake discs. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics and traction control.

3..After a downforce of 775 kg (1709 lb) is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce.

4..The Enzo is a mid-engined car with a 43.9/56.1 front/rear weight distribution. The engine is Ferrari's F140 65° V12 with 4 valves per cylinder, dual overhead cams and variable valve timing. Bosch Motronic ME7 fuel injection is used and the engine is naturally aspirated.

5..It displaces 5998 cc (366 in³) and produces 485 kW (651 hp/660 PS) at 7800 rpm and 657 N•m (485 [ft•lbf of torque]) at 5500 rpm.[5] The redline is 8200 rpm.

6..The Enzo has a semi-automatic transmission using paddles to control an automated shifting and clutch mechanism, with LED lights on the steering wheel telling the driver when to change gears.

So, we can see that ferrari in one of the amazing car because its specifications were more effective to make its run faster.Hope our country also do like that in the future..

Recycling is sort of like exercising..we all know we should do it, but not all of us do it as often as we should—and some of us don’t do it at all.

Recycles cuts back on global warming. Our planet is starting to feel the effects of global warming already—and we need to do whatever we can to lessen the impact. Production of certain materials from scratch can release significant amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere..

It makes us more energy-efficient too. It often takes a great deal more energy to create something from scratch than to recycle it. For example, it takes twice as much energy to burn plastic as to recycle it..it takes 64% more energy to make paper than to recycle it..and recycling just one pound of steel can save enough energy to run a 60-watt bulb for one day.

actually, there still a lot of reasons such as it keeps our landfills from overflowing... improves the quality of our groundwater and reduce air pollution...

so,lets start recycle..coz weare not just save our world but our life as well..

Toxic history
-Half of all dangerous goods seized in Europe in 2007 came from China.
-Last year China found two companies guilty of intentionally exporting contaminated pet food.
-US authorities last year gave warning that monkfish imported from China may be puffer fish, containing a potentially deadly toxin.
-In 2005 Sudan 1, a carcinogenic food colouring, was found in Chinese branches of KFC.
-In January a survey found almost two thirds of Chinese people were worried about food safety

Sources: European Commission, Times archives

I would say that, if more food from china is recall or simply being banned from entering any country, i bet the country will face another cruel economic crisis within its country. The cruel acquaintance by the people and the government have been the main reason for all this to happen.

r u a fans of chelsea fc???

The chelsea football club is the one of the richest club in English Premier League (EPL).....

Chelsea will be desperate to regain the Premier League crown after finishing second to Manchester United in the last two seasons. Former manager Jose Mourinho, bankrolled by owner Roman Abromovich's millions, brought the first title to Stamford Bridge for 50 years when the Blues lifted the trophy in 2005. Chelsea became only the second team to win back-to-back Premier League titles when they clinched it a year later. Mourinho left the club by mutual consent in September 2007.

Although Chelsea reached the FA Cup final in 1994, they hardly set the world alight in their early Premier League days. Ruud Gullit became manager in 1996 and steered the Blues to an FA Cup triumph in 1997, while his successor Gianluca Vialli guided the team to victory in the League Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup in 1998.

Shortly after, he led the team to the UEFA Super Cup after a 1-0 win over Real Madrid. The FA Cup followed in 2000. Vialli was replaced by Claudio Ranieri in 2000 and he led Chelsea to another FA Cup final appearance in 2002.

Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich bought the Blues for £140 million. After a trophyless season, he appointed Mourinho as new Chelsea manager and there was instant success. In 2005, Chelsea won the Barclays Premiership and League Cup, along with a Champions League semi-final appearance.

And Mourinho retained the Barclays Premiership crown the year after, equalling the club's own Premier League record of 29 wins set the previous season. They were league runners-up in 2006/07 and also claimed the FA Cup and League Cup double.

They were also runners-up in the 2007/08 campaign, but by this time Mourinho had left the club. He was replaced by Avram Grant who led the Blues to the final of the Champions League and Carling Cup.

Grant left Stamford Bridge at the end of the season and was replaced by Luiz Felipe Scolari who will be charged with bringing the title back to the club.

Club Heritage

Chelsea were formed in 1905 and were elected into the Second Division of the Football League. They just missed out on silverware 10 years later with an FA Cup final defeat. The Blues had to wait for their first major trophy in 1955, when under manager Ted Drake, they won the league title. Chelsea claimed the League Cup for the first time in 1965 and were defeated in the FA Cup final two years later.

Featuring the likes of Ron 'Chopper' Harris, Ian Hutchison and Peter Osgood, Chelsea overcame Leeds to win the FA Cup in 1970. In the following season, they clinched the European Cup Winners' Cup with a replay victory over Real Madrid.

Financial problems meant the Stamford Bridge club dropped into the Second Division, and at one point they were close to falling to the Third Division.

They eventually won their place back in the top flight in 1984, but their stay only lasted four seasons. They clawed their way back to the First Division again as Second Division champions in 1989 and have remained there ever since.

Premier League History

1992/93 - Inaugural members of the Premier League

1993/94 - Lose FA Cup final

1996/97 - Ruud Gullit appointed player-manger

1996/97 - Win FA Cup

1997/98 - Gianluca Vialli becomes manager

1997/98 - Win League Cup, Cup Winners' Cup and UEFA Super Cup

1999/00 - FA Cup winners

2000/01 - Claudio Ranieri becomes manager

2001/02 - Lose FA Cup final

2003/04 - Chairman Ken Bates sells Chelsea to Roman Abramovich

2000/05 - Jose Mourinho takes over as manager

2004/05 - Chelsea win Barclays Premiership and League Cup

2005/06 - Chelsea win Barclays Premiership

2006/07 - Win FA Cup and League Cup

2007/08 - Jose Mourinho leaves the club to be replaced by Avram Grant. Runners up in the Carling Cup, Barclays Premier League and Champions League. Part company with Grant. Luiz Felipe Scolari appointed manager in June.

The Chelsea football club can go futher like manchester united....

Don't know why??? Suddenly, i would like to share with you all a poem...Very famous love poem from William Shakespeare. Title :SONNET 18.

Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer’s lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm’d;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature’s changing course untrimm’d;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander’st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this and this gives life to thee.

This poem i had have learnt before and it really meaningful.

UEFA Cup

The UEFA Cup, which will be renamed the UEFA Europa League in 2009/10, grew out of an idea conceived by Switzerland's Ernst Thommen who, along with Italy's Ottorino Barrasi and England's Sir Stanley Rous, later FIFA President, created a tournament for representative sides from European cities that regularly held trade fairs.

This forerunner to the UEFA Cup, the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, was founded on 18 April 1955, two weeks after the founding of the European Champion Clubs' Cup. The first Fairs Cup involved teams from Barcelona, Basle, Birmingham, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Lausanne, Leipzig, London, Milan and Zagreb. The original tournament lasted three years, with matches timed to coincide with trade fairs. Barcelona, using players purely from FC Barcelona, beat a London representative side 8-2 on aggregate in the final.

A stunt performer is someone who performs dangerous stunts, such as jumping from buildings and being launched out of cannons while mounted on flaming BMX mountain bikes over a pit of gasoline-soaked bears, and through a hoop constructed out of cans of Mountain Dew and chainsaws, often as a career. These stunts are sometimes rigged so that they look dangerous while still having safety mechanisms, but often they are as dangerous as they appear to be. There is an inherent risk in the performance of all stunt work in film, television and stage work. Daredevil performers are distinct from stunt performers and stunt doubles, as they perform their stunts purely for the sake of the stunt itself, often before an audience for their entertainment and personal monetary gain for the event, while a stunt performer, or stunt double typically performs stunts intended for use in a motion pictures or dramatized television (although one person could certainly be both, as was the case with Harry Houdini, Jackie Chan, Christian Bale, Tony Jaa, Chuck Norris, and Nick Lowe among others). Stunt performers and stunt doubles are generally skilled at performing physical action in character for film and television.

The seven wonders are as below :

2.The hanging Garden of Babylon
3.The Statue of Zeus at Olympia
4.The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus
5.The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus
6.The Colossus of Rhodes

do you read READER'S DIGEST(December 2006)?

Lost on buying laptop?
Here are some tips...
• Don't be seduced by super-fast processor speeds unless you're running graphics, intensive applications such as games or design programs.
• If you want to watch DVDs on the move, buy a laptop with an internal DVD drive. An external drive could be a nuisance if you travel a lot.
• Buy a spare or higher-capacity battery for when you're not near a plug socket.
• Be prepared to pay extra for software. Even the basic Microsoft Office is absent from many packages.
• Due to their rough life, laptops are more prone to failure, making it vital to back up data: a second, external hard drive makes this easier.
• Uploading digital pictures? You'll need a memory-card slot.
• Buy a decent and hardy laptop bag to protect your computer.

YouTube. A high rating website that is viewed but thousands people a day. This website allowed users to upload their videos and share them with the world.
User can share their talents such as playing the instruments, drawing and also marshal arts.
YouTube has been blocked for several countries including Tunisia, Thailand Turkey and Pakistan. United Arab Emirates banned few pages in YouTube. The main critic that this website has to face is the law of copyright. Users love to upload the videos that have been copied from the TV shows, drama and movies, so, they want to be a top up-loader as lots of people will rate their videos and also they want to be a 'wanted up loader' and be famous in YouTube website.
There is no doubt that this website manage to bring someone to the front to show and polish their talents and show them to the world. Yes. But, this website also will be viewed by all people including the teenagers and children. Of course not only the `mere' videos will be uploaded by the up loaders. They also intended to upload the videos that contain pornography, nudity, defamation, harassment and material encouraging criminal conduct. The uploaded of these kinds of videos are prohibited but how they want to manage millions of video in one time? For you information, YouTube had 83.4 million video and 3.75 million users in April 2008 and I think that it is impossible to the people that conduct YouTube to banned some videos that have been uploaded.
Back to the uploaded drama. Users can view the drama online and download them via the software that can be downloaded from the internet. Some people said that why they have to buy the VCD as they can watch their desired movie or drama by free? This phenomenon can disrupt the movie or drama industry and can be the virus in the society.
Actually, this website can give us the information about news, story and be a medium to share something with the world. But in the same time, this website also gives us the negative impacts if we use it in a wrong way. Think about it and surf it wisely.

Yay!...

Today i have read an article which entitle "Failure...Is Only Feedback"

Failure is the thing most of us spend the greatest amount of energy trying to avoid. In reality, when you strip away all the emotions attached to the word, failure is only feedback. Failure means that we tried a strategy and it did not work.

Human beings learn by failure, by understanding what does not work, and by continuing to adjust their strategies until they find out what does work.

It is true that when we strive to do something that is new for us, we might fail. As a matter of fact, we might fail many times, but only by risking failure will we ever be able to grow. A powerful way to deal with failure is to ask yourself "What is or could be positive in this situation?" This allows you to obtain some benefit from the experience and then to move on.

If you are failing, you are in great company. Most of the super achievers in history failed more often than anyone else. The difference is that they did not let the failure (or the negative comments from others) defeat them. They just continued to modify their strategies until they found what worked. They did not quit. They knew what they wanted and they did not give up until they achieved their goal. When Thomas Edison was attempting to discover the light bulb he was not met with much support from the scientific community. As a matter of fact, they thought he was crazy to try to invent something that was clearly impossible. A young reporter interviewed Edison and asked him, "Mr. Edison, how can you continue to try to invent the light bulb when you have failed over 5,000 times." To which Thomas Edison replied, "Young man, I have not failed 5,000 times. I have successfully discovered 5,000 ways that do not work and I do not need to try them again." This is a great way to interpret failure as a learning experience.

Very often, we achieve our greatest success right after we have experienced our worst defeat. The bottom line is that we should embrace "failure." Because if we are failing, we are learning; and if we are learning, we are growing. And growing is really what life is all about.

So,in order to be a person whose successful,we must not easy to give up..;)

..Silat is one of the fomous martil art in our country..
Here a few information about its history..

>>Silat spread throughout the Malay Archipelago since the seventh century AD, but its origin is still uncertain. However, silat has been acknowledged as a genuine Malay art.Malay people that have inhabited coastal cities of Sumatra island and Malay peninsula, from Aceh in the north to Kelantan, Kedah and Riau archipelago in the south, were the people who practiced silat. Contacts with other ethnic groups in the coastal cities had also influenced silat.

>>There is evidence that Chinese and Indian culture had influence the martial art forms. When Islam was spread throughout the archipelago in the fourteenth century, it was taught alongside with silat. Besides as a combative art and cultural folk dance, silat then became a spiritual training.Silat was gradually refined into the specialized property of sultans, panglima (general) and pendekar (warriors) during the Malacca Sultanate, Majapahit and Srivijaya empires. It was the time when silat spread through Malay peninsula, Java, Bali, Sulawesi and Borneo. Malays, in particular in Malay peninsula, considers the legendary story of Hang Tuah of the fourteenth century as the father of silat.

>>Silat shares the same history in Malaysia (incl. Singapore and Brunei) and Indonesia during the colonization era as a form to liberate from foreign authorities.During post colonization era, silat has been evolved into formal martial arts. National organizations were formed, such as in Malaysia: Persekutuan Silat Kebangsaan Malaysia (PESAKA), in Indonesia: Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI), in Singapore: Persekutuan Silat Singapura (PERSIS), in Brunei Darussalam: Persekutuan Silat Brunei Darussalam (PERSIB), as well as tens of silat organizations in US and Europe. Silat is now officially included as part of the sport game, particularly during the Southeast Asian Games.

So,we must be flattered with this story remains because it many inspiring that new for us in order to be state natural child those authorized..

i`m sure all of you like to hear music and have band distinctive favourite..today i want to share a little bit about my favourite indie band..

have you hear about bittersweet band that famous with their song "capital E" and "kucing hitam"..??hehe

-->Bittersweet began in mid-2004 with 2 members who had the same musical interests. Both heavily influenced by British music, the two decided to put their heads together and record an EP, just for fun. After the recording was completed Herri and Zabil distributed the material for feedback, which was mainly positive. When Zabil joined the Malaysian teaching force he had to quit the band, which left Bittersweet with only one of its founding members. Determined not to abandon what they started, Herri set about forming a complete line-up. He enlisted Dinie as their bassist first of all, before adding Hafiez (guitarist) to the line-up, Pijie as Bittersweet's vocalist with Emai on keyboards. Bittersweet finished recording their 2nd EP (Night and Morning Tales) on November 2004. Bittersweet finished recorded their 1st single (A Perfect Match) on June 2006.

-->Impression: Bittersweet is simply magnificent. I rated them as one of the best indie band in Malaysia right now. There's nothing I dislike about this band, it's a bit different and it's a bit the same but you can't help sing along, a lot of the songs have an anthem like quality about them. "Capital E", "A Perfect Match" and "It's Monday" are all great.

sO,what we must to do is,, support our local band to make our country music industry coordinate with any other country.. yiihUUu!!!!

PAPAYA is rich in vitamin a and c. it's also contain carotene, vitamin c and flavonoid that can break down the food fiber and make us easy to digested food. If we eat a fresh papaya, it's very good in treating intestine wound and can reduce heating while we having a fever. Beside that, papaya's leaves are beneficial on treating malaria and stomachache. But, having too much papaya's leaves can harm ourself because they can produce toxic in a large quantity. Furthermore, papaya' seeds can treat worm prolem in our stomach. Lastly, the papaya' latex and root can treat the urine problem and reduce the poison of bitten snake.

Usually, any of us have the problem with their hair like hair loss problem. Here are 5 simple steps how wash our hair to avoid hair loss:

1. Wet the hair with warm water. It will open the pores and stimulate the blood flow in the scalp.

2. Cover our hair with a shampoo starting from the front and going to the nape massaging and rubbing foam into your hair and scalp with your fingertips.

3. Continue massaging for 2-3 minutes as it is important to clean our head thoroughly. There is an opinion that we should leave our head covered with the shampoo foam for 10-15 minutes to make it eat the dirt. But this is too long and it may dry up our hair. It’s much better just to wash away the foam and repeat the 2nd and the 3rd step one more time if you think your hair is not clean enough yet.

4. Wash away the foam with warm water.

5. After washed our hair, rinse it with clean cold water. This is essential as cold water closes the clean pores that were opened with warm water in the beginning.

..::try it yourself to avoid your hair loss,,hihu

hOla,,

do yOu know how to get a good sleep..??haa..this is some tips for us to get a good night`s sleep..

1..Work It Out
If you are in the habit of regular exercise, good for you! If you save your workouts for the evening, be sure to get your workouts in at least two hours before bedtime. If you exercise too close to bedtime, your body may still be screaming with endorphins, making it difficult to fall asleep.

2..Eat Early
Our bodies work hard to digest what we put in our stomachs. Try to eat dinner at least three hours before you go to bed, allowing enough time for your body and digestive system to mellow out.

3..Turn Down the Temperature
While you should experiment with your own comfort level, your room should be on the cooler side, with room temperature at 65 to 70 degrees F. Also important is proper ventilation. If at all possible, try to sleep with the window slightly open. Breathing in circulating air will help your body to breathe deeply and correctly.

4..Turn Off the Tube
Your brain needs time to wind down from all of the day’s activity. Turn off your TV in the bedroom. Whatever program you have on, your brain with be paying attention to the stimulus of the sound, sight and emotion. It is much easier to fall asleep with calming silence.

5..Slip Into Something More
Comfortable
To get the best night’s sleep, it is recommended that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to bed. Tight and heavy clothing can not only make you hot (waking you up in the middle of the night), but it can also contribute to constricting blood flow to your extremities, waking you with “pins and needles.”

6..Get a Good Mattress
Since the average person spends nearly one-third of their life in bed, a good mattress is key. A mattress that does not offer enough support for your spine can lead to muscle fatigue and a poor night’s sleep. A good mattress will allow you to maintain the same natural spinal alignment that you have when standing. It is important to turn your mattress frequently to maintain even wear and to give you the best support..

its been a while..
since i last post a comment..
today i want 2 share with all my friends.. its about Health..
the Benefits of Sweet Potatoes:
1-They're a superfood.
One medium sweet potato (often called a yam, although they're not the same thing) is rich in beta-carotene and meets your daily need for vitamin A. It also provides nearly a third of the vitamin C you need each day.

2-They're packed with fiber.
When eaten with the skin on (roasted whole or cut up into oven fries), a sweet potato has as much fiber as half a cup of oatmeal, for about 100 calories, says dietitian Joan Salge Blake, author of Nutrition & You.

3-They're versatile.
One of Salge Blake's favorite dishes is sweet potato soup seasoned with ginger, garlic, and curry or sprinkled with olive oil or rosemary. She also includes sweet potatoes in casseroles, meat stews, and cinnamon-laced quick breads.

so...
eat well and be well..

Super Junior often stylized SUPERJUNIOR), sometimes referred to as SJ or SuJu , is a thirteen-member boy band from Seoul, South Korea. They are managed by producer Lee Soo Man and is currently the largest group under SM Entertainment. The members are Leeteuk (the leader), Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum, and Kyuhyun. The Chinese member, Han Geng, was chosen among the 3,000 applicants through auditions held in China by SM Entertainment in 2001.The group initially debuted with twelve members on November 6, 2005, but since the addition of Kyuhyun in May 23, 2006, they have become a thirteen-member group.

Super Junior has released two studio albums and one CD single since 2005. Their most successful album, Don't Don, was the second best-selling album of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea. In addition, the group has earned four music awards from the M.NET/KM Music Festival, another four from the Golden Disk Awards, and is the second group to win Favorite Artist Korea at the MTV Asia Awards after JTL.

Dance style

Super Junior has done performances centered heavily around their choreography. The group's pre-debut appearance was a hip hop dance performance and they have also joined B-boy battles and performances throughout their career.

Their dance styles are widely termed as street dancing, with a majority of their dance choreography containing hip hop dance moves such as popping, waving, sliding, and liquid dancing. Most of their songs usually contain a music bridge where two to six members from the group do a dance performance. Han Geng, Shindong, Eunhyuk, and Donghae are reportedly the most skilled dancers of the group, where the four of them are usually seen leading group dances and also performing solos.Dances in a form of martial arts are widely used in their dance routines as both Han Geng and Sungmin are professionally trained in that area. Some of the members also participated in creating their dance choreography, such as Shindong who was the main choreographer for "U" and for most of the group's other dance sequences. The members were also responsible for the dance choreography of their comeback single, "Don't Don."

did u guys havE a kitten??
hEre are somE tips how to takE care of dis littlE cutE pet..

Mothers usually begin to wean their kittens at about 4 weeks of age. By 8 weeks of age, the kittens are eating solid food. Older kittens who are still with their mothers may occasionally nurse, but this is more for comfort and reassurance than for nutrition.
In general, kittens should not be removed from their mothers until they are at least 8 weeks of age. Kittens seperated from their mothers at too young an age require special care.

Food ~ You can offer your kitten either dry food, canned food, or both. Be sure to choose food which is designed for kittens. They require a diet which is especially rich in protein, calcium, and other nutrients.

Warmth~ Young kittens need to stay warm, but their bodies are too small to retain body heat well. That is why they like to cuddle up together, or curl up under your chin or in your lap to sleep.

Baths~ Kittens will instinctively clean themselves, but the mother helps to develop this behavior too. You can help keep your little kitten by cleaning him or her gently with a damp washrag.

Milk~ Do not give your kitten cow's milk - it can make them sick and give them diarrhea. You can obtain mother's milk replacer for young kittens at many of the pet stores in the area.

Water~ Keep clean, fresh water available to your kitten at all times. The bowl should be low enough for the kitten to able to drink from it easily.

~Love Expression

Once more I'm feeling the heat,
Once more my heart began to beat,
What is this feeling I don't know,
living alone makes me think,
what have I acomplished so,
happiness, joy and fun,
long gone from my life,
came back suddenly with a blink,
there is no feeling I could link,
Not so that I can't understand,
but, I can't anymore think,
feels still like a mirage.

How can I find the truth,
To ask I don't have the courage,
To tell, what I feel,
how to express and,
how will she react,
No more can I think,
No feeling could I link,
Never was I courageous enough,
To express the feelings I have.

Hye Guys~~

If gardening is your favourite pastime but there is no backyard to do so,opt for garddening on your apartment's balcony instead.Aside from giving your fresh air every morning,it also gives a pleasent view from the inside. Here's how to get started:
1. PLANTS Due to space contraints,it is best to buy small or taller plants that don't take up too much space like bonsai, miatures roses, herbs, follage, cactus, and evergreens. You can also try spider plants as they are ideal for hanging baskets on the railing or on the wall.
2 POTS Ceramic planters are a great way to create a colour theme for your balcony and they come in various designs. To avoid water spills, place a saucer under the pots.Remember to regularly throw the water away so it won't become a breeding ground for mozzies.
3 DECORATING THE PLANT. Always place the taller plants at the back and the smaller ones at the front,so that all of them are visible to your view. For greater impact, decorate the plants according to same size or colour. And it would be great if you could add mini waterfall to your garden. It adds more style!
4 WATER Remember to water your palnts regularly to make sure they are no wilting. This is because the moinsture in your plants tends to dry quicker at a higher level.
5 SUNSHINE Its important to arrange your plant properly to make sure that all will get the sunlight they need to groww. So make sure the plants smaller plants aren't blocked by the taller ones.

Do you finish do revision on calculus yet...??

Calculus is a branch of mathematics that includes the study of limits, derivatives, integrals, and infinite series, and constitutes a major part of modern university education...

According to history, it has been referred to as "the calculus of infinitesimals", or "infinitesimal calculus"...hihi,sound hard...

Most basically, calculus is the study of change, in the same way that geometry is the study of space...hope u can finish revision quickly before final exam...hahaha.

Sony Ericsson is a joint venture established on October 3, 2001 by the Japanese consumer electronics company Sony Corporation and the Swedish telecommunications company Ericsson to make mobile phones.

The stated reason for this venture is to combine Sony's consumer electronics expertise with Ericsson's technological leadership in the communications sector. Both companies have stopped making their own mobile phones.

did you know about Perak state...
Perak is one of the 14 states of Malaysia. It is the second largest state in peninsular Malaysia bordering Kedah and Yala Province of Thailand to the north,Penang to the northwest,Kelantan and Pahang to tke east,Selangor southward and to the west by the Strait of Malacca.

Perak means silver in malay.the name of Perak comes most probably from the silver colour of tin.In the 1890s, Perak, with the richest alluvial deposits of tin in the world was one of the jewels in the crown of the British Empire. However, some say the name comes from the "glimmer of fish in the water" that sparkled like silver. The Arab honorific of the State is Darul Ridzuan, the Land of Grace.

Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in Manchester amid a media storm. Manchester United had managed to sign the player without the Press suspecting anything. As the Stock Market was told that the player had been signed, hundreds of journalists flooded up to Manchester to get a proper look at one of Manchester United`s youngest signings.
Ronaldo was born on the 5th February 1985, on the small island of Madeira, which is owned by the Portuguese. Named after Ronald Reagan, due to his father`s respect for the man, few would have gambled that this child would make it to the very top of the Football tree, especially with Madeira mainly being used for farm-land. He has one brother and two sisters, and it is family whom he deems most important in his life at the moment.
It was on the dusty back-streets of this small island that Ronaldo learnt his first few tricks, and it was also on this Island that he was first scouted. By the age of twelve Ronaldo had established himself as the best player on the Island, able to use his ball skills and pace to get past full-grown defenders for Andorinha.

Having been recognised as a serious talent, all that was left was for the big Portuguese clubs to scrap it out for his signature. Though Porto and Boavista came in for him, he could only ever play for Sporting the club he supported as a boy.

He progressed slowly through the youth ranks, although all those who worked with him were impressed with the talent that he had for his age, as well as his maturity.
At the tender age of 17, Ronaldo was thrown in at the deep end with his first game against Moreirense. Two goals on his first appearance not only gave him his dream debut, but also endeared him to the fans, who soon learnt to chant for the ball to be passed to him. A goal against title-rivals Boavista also saw him rise to the top of the "Fan`s Favourites" list.
His skills were watched closely by all of the big clubs in Europe, including Liverpool and Juventus, in the U-17 European Championships. His dazzling skills put England U-17s out, and everyone who watched felt they had seen something special.

At the end of his first season at Sporting he was linked to Liverpool. Though he claimed he was extremely happy at Sporting, he was also flattered by the interest of such a big club, who used to do well in the Premier League.

Sporting finished top in the league, and Ronaldo was hailed as the future of the club, alongside Quaresma, another Portuguese Starlet.
As it was, both moved away, with the money on the table to much for the Portuguese club to turn down. Best-friend Quaresma ended up at Barcelona, whilst Ronaldo came to the bright red of Manchester.
The deal saw Ronald become the most expensive teenage signing in Britain, with Manchester United paying £12.24million over two seasons, in two equal payments. Those who had not seen him play baulked at the price such a lot of money for someone unproven!

Those who had seen the Man Utd vs. Sporting friendly just three days before, however, knew that this player was special. Playing for Sporting, Ronaldo had taken the game to the reds, and was the main reason that Manchester United lost 3-1. After the game, all the United players could talk about was how well Ronaldo had played, and they begged Sir Alex to buy him. Sir Alex had been following him for months, but decided that the time was right not least because other clubs were getting increasingly closer to buying him.

An so, on 12th August 2003, Cristiano Ronaldo held up the famous Red shirt, with his favourite number 7 (it is hero Figo`s number) for all the press to see.
A new star had been born.

His first performance for the club was against Bolton. He entered the fray with an hour gone, with United 1 0 up. A standing ovation from the fans at old Trafford did nothing to settle his nerves, but he rewarded the fans for their trust. A man-of-the-match performance followed, and Ronaldo became legend. He had a hand in two of the goals, won an unconverted penalty, and mesmerised the Bolton defence.
The next day the media proclaimed him one of the best players ever for United, comparing him with Red-Legend George Best. Much had been seen, but much is still to come.

i want to share wit u all about indie band(independent)..

Independent labels have a long history of promoting developments in popular music, stretching back to the post-war period in the United States, with labels such as Sun Records

In the United Kingdom during the 1950s and 1960s, the major record companies had so much power that independent labels struggled to become established. Several British producers and artists launched independent labels as outlets for their work and artists they liked, but the majority failed as commercial ventures or were swallowed up by the majors.

The punk rock era saw a plethora of independent labels. The UK Indie Chart, was first compiled in 1980, and independent distribution became better organized from the late 1970s onwards.

hey all.. support local music???haha..i love english song too much!!..especially from puff diddy song..example "i need the girl","after love","come to me" and manymore..i want share about biography of puff diddy..

Sean John Combs (born November 4, 1969 aka P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean 'Puffy' Combs) is an American record producer and CEO and founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, one of the driving forces in hip hop in the mid to late 1990s. P. Diddy first skyrocketed to fame, signing Father MC, Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, 112 and Craig Mack. P. Diddy's own music career, and to a lesser extent, his production, has been criticized as watered-down and overly commercialized for a mainstream market, as well as an over-reliance on obvious and lengthy sampling for most of his hit songs.
Originally from Harlem, New York City, then living in a middle class suburb, Combs began attending Howard University in Washington, D.C. before becoming an intern at Uptown Records. Only a few months later, Combs was an A&R executive, and helped produce Father's Day (Father MC; 1990), What's the 411? (Mary J. Blige; 1992), Blue Funk (Heavy D & the Boyz; 1992) before being fired in 1993. Combs set up his own label, Bad Boy Records, and soon signed Craig Mack and the Notorious B.I.G.. Both quickly released hit singles, followed by similarly successful LPs, particularly B.I.G.'s Ready to Die. Puff Daddy, as he was then known, began signing more acts to Bad Boy, including Faith Evans, 112 and Total, as well as producing for Lil' Kim, TLC, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, SWV, Aretha Franklin and others. Mase and The Lox soon joined Bad Boy, just as a widely publicized rivalry with the West Coast's Death Row Records. Puffy and Notorious B.I.G. were allied against Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight, trading insults in songs and interviews during the mid 1990s. Shakur was murdered by unknown persons in 1996. Six months later, in March of 1997, the Notorious B.I.G. was also murdered. Both cases remain unsolved. Biggie's second album was a huge posthumous success.
Puff Daddy began his own career in 1997, releasing 'Can't Nobody Hold Me Down', followed by 'I'll Be Missing You'. Both singles were successful, though 'I'll Be Missing You' (a tribute to Biggie with guests Faith Evans and 112) was heavily criticized for sampling The Police's 'Every Breath You Take' and adding little. Puff Daddy, plus various labelmates known as the Family, released No Way Out, an LP, in 1998. The album also produced the hit singles 'It's All About The Benjamins,' which featured Lil Kim, The Lox and The Notorious B.I.G. and had a popular rock remix, which was worked on by Rob Zombie and the Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl, among others; and 'Been Around The World,' a song that featured Puffy's labelmate, Mase, and the late Notorious B.I.G., and was probably best remembered for having sampled David Bowie's 'Let's Dance' and Lisa Stansfield's 'All Around The World'. The song's video starred many celebrities, such as Wyclef Jean, Quincy Jones, and Puff Daddy's future love interest, Jennifer Lopez. 'I'll Be Missing You' won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group, while No Way Out won Best Rap Album. Puffy's follow-up was 1999's failed Forever, which was a commercial failure and no more well-reviewed than No Way Out.
On April 15, 1999, Puffy was accused of assaulting Steve Stoute of Interscope Records. Stoute was the manager for Nas, whose video for 'Hate Me Now' (off I Am) featured Puffy being crucified. Though Puffy had willingly filmed the video earlier that year, he demanded that the images be removed. Stoute's refusal led to an argument and Puffy's arrest for assault. This was followed by a yet more negative publicity as The Lox left Bad Boy Records, and a recording session with Lil' Kim and Lil' Cease was interrupted by gunfire. Most importantly, Puffy and his then-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, were at Club New York, a midtown Manhattan nightclub, when gunfire broke out. After a police investigation, Puffy and fellow rapper Shyne were arrested for weapons violations and other charges. Puffy was indicted after a huge blow to his case; his driver claimed that Puffy had tried to bribe him into taking the weapon after the shooting. With bribery charges added to the bill, Puffy was being attacked in the tabloids on a near daily basis. Before the trial was over, Puffy found himself in court on numerous civil charges. One was from a girl who claimed to have been mentally scarred at a party ten years before, and another was for sampling a phone conversation without permission. His driver and the club owner also sued before the shooting charges even made it to trial. With a gag order in place, the highly-publicized trial began. His attorney was Johnnie L. Cochran Jr. A talent agency then sued Puffy for unfair competition, as did a woman who rented an apartment owned by Puffy; she claimed he refused to rid the house of vermin. Puffy then launched his own lawsuit against a writer who did not follow through on an alleged agreement to help write his autobiography. Puffy was soon acquitted of all charges relating to the shooting incident, followed almost immediately by a break-up with Lopez. With the media circus over, Puffy changed his stage name to P. Diddy.
P. Diddy tried to reinvent his image, but was once again in court facing assault charges from a Michigan television host, and then was arrested for driving on a suspended license in Florida. In spite of continuing legal problems, P. Diddy released a much-delayed gospel album, Thank You, as well as a solo hip hop LP, The Saga Continues. After yet more legal problems stemming from an accusation of reckless driving by the Miami police, Puffy began working with a series of unusual (for him) artists. A collaboration with David Bowie appeared on the soundtrack to Training Day, while Puffy began working with Britney Spears and *N Sync.
This was followed by a serious set-back for Bad Boy Records when Arista Records stopped distributing Bad Boy releases. Faith Evans left the label, and 112 almost did, though P. Diddy filed a restraining order to keep them aboard. As a result, Bad Boy Records was formed as an independent record company.
Later in 2002, he made his own reality show on MTV called Making the Band 2, the sequel to the first Making the Band. In it, contestants compete to be in a new group on Bad Boy Records. The six finalists have to come up with their name, CD and video.
In 2003 P. Diddy ran the New York marathon and raised $2,000,000 for the educational system for the children of New York. He appeared on the March 10, 2004 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show to discuss the marathon.
P. Diddy is one of the most entrepreneurial musicians in the industry. In the year 2002, he featured at #12 on Fortune magazine's '40 Richest People Under 40' list. His urban clothing line, Sean John has been nominated for the prestigious Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Award for Menswear Designer of the Year, every year since 2000. However, his clothes line also brought him criticism when it was revealed that its Honduras-based factories violated Honduran labor laws . He also owns the restaurant chain Justin's (named after his son). In common with many in his industry, he also bears the mantle of 'actor-rapper'; he played the role of Walter Lee Younger in the 2004 Broadway revival of A Raisin in the Sun, and starred with Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton in the film Monster's Ball.

this about grunge..
Grunge (sometimes referred to as the Seattle Sound) is a subgenre of alternative rock that emerged during the mid-1980s in the American state of Washington, particularly in the Seattle area. Inspired by hardcore punk, heavy metal, indie rock and noise rock, grunge is generally characterized by heavily distorted electric guitars, contrasting song dynamics, and apathetic or angst-filled lyrics. The grunge aesthetic is stripped-down compared to other forms of rock music, and many grunge musicians were noted for their unkempt appearances and rejection of theatrics.

The early grunge movement coalesced around Seattle independent record label Sub Pop in the late 1980s. Grunge became commercially successful in the first half of the 1990s, due mainly to the release of Nirvana's Nevermind and Pearl Jam's Ten. The success of these bands boosted the popularity of alternative rock and made grunge the most popular form of hard rock music at the time. However, many grunge bands were uncomfortable with this popularity. Although most grunge bands had disbanded or faded from view by the late 1990s, their influence continues to impact modern rock music.

erm...do you ever undergo surgery?so fear and painful!!haha.. i do operation in january 2008 at my knee..it caused i play football when represent my school competition..so i want share about ligament injury ...

Knee Ligament Injuries

What are knee ligaments?
There are four major ligaments in the knee. Ligaments are elastic bands of tissue that connect bones to each other and provide stability and strength to the joint. The four main ligaments in the knee connect the femur (thighbone) to the tibia (shin bone), and include the following:
• anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) - the ligament, located in the center of the knee, that controls rotation and forward movement of the tibia (shin bone).
• posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) - the ligament, located in the center of the knee, that controls backward movement of the tibia (shin bone).
• medial collateral ligament (MCL) - the ligament that gives stability to the inner knee.
• lateral collateral ligament (LCL) - the ligament that gives stability to the outer knee.
How are cruciate ligaments injured?
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the most common ligament to be injured. The ACL is often stretched and/or torn during a sudden twisting motion (when the feet stay planted one way, but the knees turn the other way). Skiing, basketball, and football are sports that have a higher risk of ACL injuries.
The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is also a common ligament to become injured in the knee. However, the PCL injury usually occurs with sudden, direct impact, such as in a car accident or during a football tackle.
What are the symptoms of a cruciate ligament injury?
Often, a cruciate ligament injury does not cause pain. Instead, the person may hear a popping sound as the injury occurs, followed by the leg buckling when trying to stand on it, and swelling. However, each individual may experience symptoms differently.
The symptoms of a cruciate ligament injury may resemble other conditions or medical problems. Always consult your physician for a diagnosis.
How are collateral ligaments injured?
The medial collateral ligament is injured more often than the lateral collateral ligament. Stretch and tear injuries to the collateral ligaments are usually caused by a blow to the outer side of the knee, such as when playing hockey or football.
What are the symptoms of a collateral ligament injury?
Similar to cruciate ligament injuries, an injury to the collateral ligament causes the knee to pop and buckle, causing pain and swelling.
The symptoms of a collateral ligament injury may resemble other conditions or medical problems. Always consult your physician for a diagnosis.
How is a knee ligament injury diagnosed?
In addition to a complete medical history and physical examination, diagnostic procedures for a knee ligament injury may include the following:
• x-ray - a diagnostic test which uses invisible electromagnetic energy beams to produce images of internal tissues, bones, and organs onto film.
• magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - a diagnostic procedure that uses a combination of large magnets, radiofrequencies, and a computer to produce detailed images of organs and structures within the body; can often determine damage or disease in a surrounding ligament or muscle.
• computed tomography scan (Also called a CT or CAT scan.) - a diagnostic imaging procedure that uses a combination of x-rays and computer technology to produce cross-sectional images (often called slices), both horizontally and vertically, of the body. A CT scan shows detailed images of any part of the body, including the bones, muscles, fat, and organs. CT scans are more detailed than general x-rays.
• arthroscopy - a minimally-invasive diagnostic and treatment procedure used for conditions of a joint. This procedure uses a small, lighted, optic tube (arthroscope) which is inserted into the joint through a small incision in the joint. Images of the inside of the joint are projected onto a screen; used to evaluate any degenerative and/or arthritic changes in the joint; to detect bone diseases and tumors; to determine the cause of bone pain and inflammation.
• radionuclide bone scan - a nuclear imaging technique that uses a very small amount of radioactive material, which is injected into the patient's bloodstream to be detected by a scanner. This test shows blood flow to the bone and cell activity within the bone.
Treatment for knee ligament injuries:
Specific treatment for a knee ligament injury will be determined by your physician based on:
• your age, overall health, and medical history
• extent of the injury
• your tolerance for specific medications, procedures, and therapies
• expectation for the course of the injury
• your opinion or preference
Treatment may include:
• muscle-strengthening exercises
• protective knee brace (for use during exercise)
• ice pack application (to reduce swelling)
• surgery

many student wear glasses,rite...??
me too,hehe...so i want to share with you guys tips on keep eyes healthy...

1.Wear sunglasses to prevent cataracts, cornea damage and age-related macular degeneration, which is caused by ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

2.Get your eyes checked at least once a year, especially if you are in a high risk category for eye disease. High risk categories include those with diabetes and those with a family history of eye disease. If you aren't in a high risk category, you should still get your eyes checked at least once every year and go to an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) if you see anything strange in your eyes, such as unexplained flashes of light or dark spots in your vision.

3.Care for your contact lenses properly to keep your eyes healthy. Make sure your hands are clean when putting in and taking out your contact lenses, don't wear them longer than they are recommended to wear and don't sleep in your contacts. If not taken care of properly, you could get an infection.

4.Know first aid for eye injuries. If you get something in your eye, don't rub your eye and do not try to remove an object embedded in the eye. Also know what to do for cuts in the eye and if chemical substances get into the eye.

5.Wear protective goggles when working with chemicals or doing anything that could cause an object to fly toward the eye. Wear sports goggles, which can be purchased at sporting goods stores, when playing any kind of sport where you can be hit in the eye by a ball.

6.Limit your use on the computer if you can. According to some studies, 70 percent of people who work at a computer screen for more than six hours a day experience some visual problems.

7.Eat foods rich in A, C and E vitamins plus zinc, which can slow down age-related macular degeneration in patients. Vitamins C and E may also help eliminate the progression of cataracts. Lutein and zeaxanthin (found in dark fruits and vegetables) can also help reduce cell damage caused by harmful sun rays.

I have read about ayat-ayat cinta novel. The story is actually based in Cairo,Egypt, but instead of shooting in Cairo, the movie was shot in India and Semarang, Indonesia.
Ayat Ayat Cinta is a beautifully portrayed Islamic love story – a tale of a virtuous Muslim protagonist who overcomes all obstacles of life maintaining pure ideals. As a synopsis,Fedi Nuril as Fahri bin Abdillah is a poor, intelligent student who wins a scholarship to complete his graduate degree at Egypt's esteemed Al Azhar University.Very disciplined and dedicated by nature,Fahri embraces his life in Cairo, completing his studies and translation of religious books with full enthusiasm, exactly according to pre-determined targets.Only one goal is left unattempted, the pursuit of marriage. For Fahri is innocent and pure, and doesn't believe in the concept of relationships prior to marriage.

The novel is so hot now.its carry a good massage for everyone....
so..dont forget to read or watch "ayat-ayat cinta" movie.

now in this month many student in ump got fever...huhu...same with me too...

so i want to share with you about fever, from here we will know about fever a little...

Fever (also known as pyrexia, from the Greek pyretos meaning fire, or a febrile response, from the Latin word febris, meaning fever, and archaically known as ague) is a frequent medical sign that describes an increase in internal body temperature to levels above normal. Fever is most accurately characterized as a temporary elevation in the body's thermoregulatory set-point, usually by about 1–2 °C.

Fever differs from hyperthermia. Hyperthermia is an increase in body temperature over the body's thermoregulatory set-point, due to excessive heat production or insufficient thermoregulation, or both. Carl Wunderlich discovered that fever is not a disease but a symptom of disease.

The elevation in thermoregulatory set-point means that the previous "normal body temperature" is considered hypothermic, and effector mechanisms kick in. The person who is developing the fever has a cold sensation, and an increase in heart rate, muscle tone and shivering attempt to counteract the perceived hypothermia, thereby reaching the new thermoregulatory set-point. A fever is one of the body's mechanisms to try to neutralize the perceived threat inside the body, be it bacterial or viral.

so my friend we can know not only about bacteria that will cause fever but the quick weather changing can also cause to fever...

hey.. u likes anime from japan?.. i really likes watch naruto !!!..my scooter was airbrush naruto picture!!hehe...so i want share with u about naruto character..

Uzumaki Naruto (Naruto Uzumaki in the English anime) is the main character of the manga and anime series Naruto. He is a student of Hatake Kakashi's and later of Jiraiya.

History
Little is known about Naruto's birth or parentage, and it is very probable that he has no living relatives at all. What is known, however, is that around the time his mother was about to give birth to him, the Nine-tails Demon Fox, or Kyūbi no Yōko, attacked his village, Konohagakure (Hidden Leaf) and the Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Hokage) decided to seal the demon away with a forbidden technique inside him, sacrificing his life in the process. Yondaime's wish was for Naruto to be remembered as a hero by the people of the village.

Things, unfortunately for him, definitely did not turn out that way. The people of the village needed something to blame and channel their bitterness and loss onto, and he was the perfect candidate. The adults of the village, without known exceptions, knew him and treated him as nothing more than the demon fox that has attacked the village; As a result he grew up alone and isolated. It is implied in the manga that he went through very difficult emotional times and often shed many tears, but kept reprimanding himself for doing so and telling himself nothing would be achieved by crying. Eventually he developed into the loudmouth, hyperactive prankster he was at the start of the manga, though as the Third Hokage (Sandaime) observed (and even Naruto himself, in a moment of rare enlightenment, once admitted this), it is only an act to cover up for his deep insecurity in a desperate plight for recognition.

By chance or fate, Umino Iruka, who had felt much of the same desperation as Naruto in his younger years, was Naruto's teacher, and he was the first person to recognize Naruto as a human being and ninja, and not just as a stupid screwup or the Nine-Tails. Naruto, at one point, says that when he is with Iruka, he often wonders whether that is what being with a father is like.

Personality and characteristics
Naruto is very determined and has very strong values that he never once fails to act by, even in hopeless situations. His dream is to become Hokage, as it is the epitome of his ambitions to have the village acknowledge him and live for the sake of protecting his important people.

Naruto has a knack for inspiring people to realise their potentials and resolve to work harder or change their ways for the better; his determination and resolve often earn him sympathy from other characters. One early example of this is Konohamaru, the grandson of the third Hokage, who was inspired by Naruto to stop trying to find shortcuts to becoming Hokage, as there are no shortcuts and the only way is paved with plenty of hard work. Another is Inari, whom Naruto helped by making him see that anyone can make a difference and by confronting him about his refusal to come to terms with his painful past (as Naruto's past was similarly tragic). Both of them have gotten very attached to Naruto and have taken to calling him Onii-chan (big brother).

Though he is naturally impetuous, hyperactive and tends to rush into combat without thinking, Naruto is capable of devising some quite clever plans by creative usage of his jutsu. He has more than once upstaged what looked like a superior opponent by exploiting the element of surprise an unconventional usage of a technique entails; Kakashi even dubs him the "number one ninja in surprising people". Another main driving force behind his otherwise average Taijutsu and Ninjutsu abilities is the huge power and chakra reserves of the Kyūbi. Kyūbi is by no stretch of the imagination a particularly pleasant character, but nevertheless does everything in his power to help Naruto - lending chakra as requested, healing Naruto with his extreme healing ability and so forth - if only for the fact that Naruto's death would apparently mean the Kyūbi's death as well.

do u have dream car?.. i really want hummer hx!!...hehe..
i want share about specification my dream car..

The Hummer HX is a concept SUV revealed on 8 January 2008 and manufactured by General Motors. The vehicle is smaller than both the H2 and H3 and is powered by a 3.6 L (≈220 cu in) SIDI V6 that uses E85 FlexFuel.
More compact than a HUMMER H3 – 81 inches (2,057 mm) wide, with a 103-inch wheelbase (2,616-mm) – the HX concept is an open-air, two-door off-road vehicle. Its design is based on the ideas developed by a trio of young designers who are new to the HUMMER studio.
The HX has a pair of removable roof panels above the driver and front passenger, and a modular, removable rear roof assembly. The HX also was designed with several roof assemblies, allowing it to be configured as an SUT (with the roof assembly removed), a stylish slant-back or a traditional, wagon-like design that offers a bit more cargo space.
The HX was shown with a slant-back configuration, wearing a desert-inspired matte olive paint scheme, at the North American International Auto Show. Additional convertible features include:

o Removable doors – easily removable pins in the exposed hinges allow the doors to be removed quickly – an appreciated feature of many serious off-roaders
o Removable fender flares – attached with quarter-turn quick-release fasteners, the composite fender flares can be quickly removed for additional trail/rock clearance, or if the flare is damaged during off-road driving

do u all know about airbrush?.. it like a paint.. but diferrence with paint house!!hehe.. so.. i want share with u about history of airbrush....

History
The first airbrush was patented in 1876 (Patent Number 182,389) by Francis Edgar Stanley of Newton, Massachusetts. Stanley and his twin brother later invented a process for continuously coating photographic plates (Stanley Dry Plate Company) but are perhaps best known for their Stanley Steamer.
The airbrush was later improved by Abner Peeler which used a hand-operated compressor, and the inventor patented it "for the painting of watercolors and other artistic purposes". It was rather crude, being based on a number of spare parts in a jeweller's workshop such as old screwdrivers and welding torches. It took 4 years of further development before a practical device was developed. This was marketed by Liberty Walkup, who taught airbrush technique to American Impressionist master Wilson Irvine. The first modern type airbrush came along in 1893, presented by Thayer and Chandler art materials company at the World Columbian Exposition in Chicago, invented by Charles Burdick. This device looked like a pen and worked in a different manner to Peeler's device, being essentially the same as a modern airbrush. Aerograph, Burdick's original company, still makes and sells airbrushes in England.
For more a detailed academic study, the University of Wales Library holds a detailed PhD on Airbrush History. Likewise the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia retains a copy - authored by Dr. Andy Penaluna.
Design
An airbrush works by passing a stream of fast moving (compressed) air through a venturi, which creates a local reduction in air pressure (suction) that allows paint to be pulled up from an interconnected reservoir at normal atmospheric pressure. The high velocity of the air atomizes the paint into very tiny droplets as it blows past a very fine paint-metering component. The paint is carried onto paper or other surface. The operator controls the amount of paint using a variable trigger which opens more or less a very fine tapered needle that is the control element of the paint-metering component. An extremely fine degree of atomization is what allows an artist to create such smooth blending effects using the airbrush.
The technique allows for the blending of two or more colors in a seamless way, with one color slowly becoming another color. Freehand airbrushed images, without the aid of stencils or friskets, have a floating quality, with softly defined edges between colors, and between foreground and background colors. A well skilled airbrush artist can produce paintings of photographic realism or can simulate almost any painting medium. Painting at this skill level involves supplementary tools, such as masks and friskets, and very careful planning.
Some airbrushes use pressures as low as 20 psi (1.38 bar) while others use pressures in the region of 30-35 psi (2-2.4 bar). Larger "spray guns" as used for automobile spray-painting need 100 psi (6.8 bar) or more to adequately atomise a thicker paint using less solvent. They are capable of delivering a heavier coating more rapidly over a wide area. However certain spray guns called, High-Volume Low-Pressure (HVLP) spray guns, are designed to deliver the same high volumes of paint without requiring such high pressures.

Hye Guys~~

Confronting road safety issues head-on

I already read about this article. Actually, road safety and road courtesy is just one of the issues. There are many other initiatives like corruption and improving delivery systems which come and go. There is just no will to implement and sustain them. We have all seen police and patrol cars openly breaking traffic rules too. Many would just ignore traffic offences committed in front of their eyes for exmple indiscriminate parking, ignoring traffic lights, talking on the phone, etc. It boils down to attitude.

hello everyone....

now i want to share with u bout something tht i found while i'm searching something in goggle.it's about beutiful women phobia... please read it...(hehe..~~)

What is Beautiful Women Phobia?

Defined as "a persistent, abnormal, and unwarranted fear of beautiful women", each year this surprisingly common phobia causes countless people needless distress.

To add insult to an already distressing condition, most beautiful women phobia therapies take months or years and sometimes even require the patient to be exposed repeatedly to their fear. We believe that not only is this totally unnecessary, it will often make the condition worse. And it is particularly cruel as beautiful women phobia can be eliminated with the right methods and just 24 hours of commitment by the phobic individual.

Known by a number of names - Caligynephobia, Venustraphobia, and Fear of Beautiful Women being the most common - the problem often significantly impacts the quality of life. It can cause panic attacks and keep people apart from loved ones and business associates. Symptoms typically include shortness of breath, rapid breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and overall feelings of dread, although everyone experiences beautiful women phobia in their own way and may have different symptoms. Our treatment involves no drugs.

Though a variety of potent drugs are often prescribed for beautiful women phobia, side effects and/or withdrawal symptoms can be severe. Moreover, drugs do not "cure" beautiful women phobia or any other phobia. At best they temporarily suppress the symptoms through chemical interaction.

The good news is that the modern, fast, drug-free processes of The CTRN Phobia Clinic will train your mind to feel completely different about beautiful women, eliminating the fear so it never haunts you again.

Nowadays, greenhouse is very famous useful technology..Greenhouse or commonly call as glasshouse is a building where plants are cultivated.A greenhouse is a structure with a glass or plastic roof and frequently glass or plastic walls,it heats up because incoming solar radiation from the sun warms plants, soil, and other things inside the building. Air warmed by the heat from hot interior surfaces is retained in the building by the roof and wall. These structures range in size from small sheds to very large buildings.Greenhouse generally can be divided to plastic greenhouse and glass greenhouse. The glass used for a greenhouse works as a selective transmission medium for different spectral frequencies, and its effect is to trap energy within the greenhouse, which heats both the plants and the ground inside it.

Christian Abbiati (born July 8, 1977 in Abbiategrasso, Milan) is an Italian football goalkeeper who plays for Italian Serie A club A.C. Milan.

Club career

Having began his footballing career at the age of 13, for Trezzano and Assago, he moved to Corsico and in 1996 secured a move to Monza. He transferred to A.C. Milan in summer 1998. His debut in Serie A for came on January 17, 1999 as a 92nd-minute substitute for Sebastiano Rossi. Since then, he became Milan's first choice goalkeeper for four years, until he lost his starting spot to backup Dida early in the 2002-2003 season after picking up an injury during a Champions League qualifying match in August 2002. Dida's top form effectively ground Abbiati's playing time to a halt.

Despite expressing his desire to stay for another season, he and Torino ultimately parted ways due to a salary dispute. He was once again loaned out by Milan for the third time in three seasons, this time to Spanish club Atlético Madrid until June 2008. He began the season on the bench until an injury to incumbent Leo Franco put him in the starting lineup. On December 29, he expressed interest in staying with Atlético beyond the '07-08 season. "My adaptation has gone better than I expected. I am happy at this club because they have helped me so much. I like playing in Spain and I think I will learn a lot during the time that I have left here." He left after being called back by Milan for the 2008-09 season.

What is cloning?Cloning is the process of making an identical copy of something. In biology, it collectively refers to processes used to create copies of DNA fragments (molecular cloning), cells (cell cloning), or organisms. It also include organisms such as bacteria, insects or plants reproduce asexually.Molecular cloning refers to the procedure of isolating a defined DNA sequence and obtaining multiple copies of it. Cloning a cell means to derive a population of cells from a single cell. In the case of unicellular organisms such as bacteria and yeast, this process is remarkably simple and essentially only requires the inoculation of the appropriate medium. However, in the case of cell cultures from multi-cellular organisms, cell cloning is an arduous task as these cells will not readily grow in standard media.Organism cloning refers to the procedure of creating a new multi-cellular organism, genetically identical to another. In essence this form of cloning is an asexual method of reproduction, where fertilization or inter-gamete contact does not take place.Dolly, the first mammal that success clon from adult cell.Dolly was well-known as the result showed that the genetic material from a specific adult cell, programmed to express only a distinct subset of its genes, could be reprogrammed to grow an entire new organism. Before this, there is no proof that it will success.
