assalamualaikum everybody..
i want to share with you what i have read.actually i was a constant worrier.i worried about everythings every minute of every day.i worried that i would not do well in my studies.i worried that all my plans would go wrong.Of course,my life was miserable because i did not have even one happy moment.i was so negative in my outlook and words that everyone avoided me.i knew that my obsession with worry was not doing me any good but could not find a way out of it.one day,i was looking over things for sale in a book shop when the cover of a book caught my attention.on it was the smiling face of a handsome man.he seemed so at peace with the world.it was the photograph of the outhor of the book.the title of book was 'how to stop worring and start living'.it was the book i have been looking for! although it was quite expensive,i paid wilingly.i somehow knew that it would be my saviour.as soon as i had read the first few lines of chapter 1,i knew i had found the solution to my worrying problem.at first the author explained the fruitlessness of worring,he said that worring never did anybody any good but was only destructive.it could also lead to nervous breakdown and health problems such as cancer.next he went on to say that 99% of our worries never come true.he asked his reader to count the number of times their worries ever came true such as whether they died when they were sick, whether they lost their jobs because they had made a mistake and many more.i thought and thought but could not find any one of my worries which had come true.that realisation made me stop worring almost immediately.
after i had read the book,i stopped worring so much.i became happier and more positive about life.the book are really helped me to solve my worring problem and also helped me to live more happily.

hi everybody...
we meet once again..
today i wanna share about what have i read..
this time, its about my idol in football.not American football but football.

he is marc overmas.
one of Arsenal former best player and Holland midfielder.
he plays like a cockroach without leg.its difficult to tackle him and take the ball away from him.

i've read his biography and in that book, the author wrote that he was born on 12-march 1969 at PSV Eindhoven,Holland.and now ha is 39 years old.

what i like about him when he playing football, he never keep yhe ball on his feet for too long.not like CR (Christiano Ronaldo).he love to play easy, with his teammate.

1 more thing,if he playing football,he never ask for substitute player.never.he has a strong heart like he never know what is tired.
his cross is superb and he also can perform tricks better than other football player in this world.

i love him so much and if there is a chance,i want to meet him and take photo with him.it will be the best thing i ever do in my life.

thats all for today..
thank you.

hallo....
its raining outside..'and it so cold damn night.

just now,I've read a paper and inside it theres something that capture my eyes.

its about being independent.
what does independent mean to us??
the author said that teenagers nowadays didn't know how to celebrate the independent day.

they did not realize the real message that the government want the Malaysians know during the independent day.
they just celebrate it with what they want.

some of the teenagers celebrate it with enjoying until the sunshine has show its body in the morning.
what a shame for people who really struggle to give the freedom to Malaysia like what we have nowadays..

when i read it,deep inside my heart says that i must change myself before i want everybody else to change to save Malaysia from bad influence that attack teenagers nowadays..

so,lets preserve the independent that our ancestors has given to us by really understand the meaning of independent.

i hope, after all of us read this short article with broken language inside it but still can be understand, lets love our country and take care it because Malaysia is our mather nature..
so,,

MERDEKA!!
MERDEKA!!
MERDEKA!!

thank you.

Salam.People who are good looking do not necessarily succeed in life. Do you agree with this statement???.this title captured my eyes ...as a human being we have the right to agree or not..for me..i think that.. yes its true!!We tend to think that people who are good looking havw special abilities. We tend to think taht they are cleverer, more talented or more capable. In many cases it is not true.Usually their beauty or good looks work against them.Good - looking people rely on their looks to get things done. They think that just by showing off their good liiks, they can get many things done.In certain things,it is true but in the majority of things one can depends only on oeneself.Attractive people usually have little brains. Not having the need to use their brain most of the time means that they have little opportunity to develop their intelligence. Many good - looking people are failures in life. They lack qualities.Plain - looking people are seldom pampered. They know they can only depend on themselves if they want to achieve success in life.So. they learn everything they can and prepare themselves in other ways.

assalamualaikum everybody..
do you agree if i said youth today are a serious social problem? i have read some article last night.it is about youth that involve in casual sex and having children out of wedlock.
why all of that happened?did you agree if i said that youth today are a serious social problem?
i agree fully with the statement.
first,in my opinion youth nowdays do not show proper respect to their parents.their parents have sacrificed a lot to give them everythings.their parents work hard to earn money and their parents save as much money as they can so that they can give their children a proper education.and what do the parents get in return for all of this?disrespect and diobedience.second,i think that most youth nowdays are not interested in their study.they talk or play while the teacher are teaching.they go to school not to study but to cause trouble for everybody.many youth nowdays also like to loaf at shopping complex and others places.they do it after school hours and even during school hours.they waste their times and get involve in unprofitable activity.youth nowdays also involvement in drug addiction.they are also involved in vandalism.they spoil or completely damage it.for all this,we can see that the youths of today are really a serious social problem.

A new power in auto technology.
KL-Taiping only RM13.50 driving??

Hi..
Here i want to share something new in automobile world. Rising of fuel costs today, PROTON is Malaysia Brand Car itself were expected to place an electric car on the road by the end of next year in an effort. Possibly use of electric technology on a current model, possibly the Proton Persona, to make a below RM15 trip to Taiping from here a reality. Millions have been spent on research and development over the past at R&D facility in the Netherlands. After months of hard work and searching for strategic partners and new shareholders, Detroit Electric has now emerged with a saleable and durable electric drive system solution ready to deliver affordable electric cars. Earlier this year, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi presented Malaysians with a window into the future of alternative fuel when he said that Proton had been tasked by the government to test Detroit Electric's technology and explore the potential to collaborate in creating pure electric cars.
Lam, formerly CEO of Lotus Engineering, said initial testing showed the car's performance was comparable with, if not better than petrol-powered models. According to Lam, a mid-sized car with a Detroit Electric driveline would have a range of 300km on one charge. It could reach speeds of up to 190kph, accelerating to 100kph in just 7.5 seconds. The government is taking proactive measures to provide efficient and reliable alternative transportation for the people. Detroit Electric is working closely with all parties concerned and we hope to provide a sustainable solution. Wow! what a amazaing effort from PROTON to build a pure-electrical car. we should proud. That all.

Hi everyone!

Raya is coming but i'm still interested in filling my time with reading. Today after helping my mother cooking her delicious rendang,i read an article about another reasons to brushing your teeth.

New studies have shown that poor dental hygiene boosts the risk of heart attack and strokes. Oral bacteria in our mouth not only created conditions that can bring higher risk of heart attacks and strokes, they are also shielded our body's immune system cells and antibiotics.

This is certainly a new and valuable information to me as i always know that brushing teeth is just for cleaning my teeth and evading dental and germs problem but now by brushing teeth also reducing the risk of a heart attack.

When i was a kid, my dad always remind me to brush my teeth before i go to sleep and until now, I'm still follow my dad's advise and the advantages is shown here. Thank you for reading. And Happy Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Hi everyone!

Today is the last day of the fasting month and tomorrow is a special day, but i'm still interested in reading. Today I read an article about why woman should take it easy in dealing with jobs.

"Work related stress can ruin a woman's life, not just her job",the article first sentence.

As we all know, some work-related stress is good for humans if been dealt in a positive ways but for some especially woman, it affects emotionally and physically. Work related stress can be responsible for numerous physical conditions, including raised blood pressure, headaches, indigestion and increased heart rate, but the emotional toll is often the thing that is most difficult for women to handle.

I'm totally agree with the article when the author said that men and women reacts differently to stress: men tend to shout; women cry.

That's why I always cry when I'm stressed with lots of assignment and work to be done especially with tight schedule and datelines. But with the help of my roommates and friends, I can deal with some of the stress. I hope that all my friends too can dealt with their respective work related stress,so they can have a happy studying environment here in our beloved campus. Thank you for reading.

Happy Hari Raya Aldilfitri!

Hi everyone!

It's me again on what I've read on the last day of Ramadhan. It's abouts celebrities who is staying fit and fabulous, and today's celebrity is Sheila Rusly, famed actress and TV host.

Sheila always keep her weight in check and make it a point to work out at home despite her hectic schedule.

She said that when people told her they don't have time to work out, she think what they mean actually is they are lazy.

Sheila doesn't have any special diet program or attend to slimmming program. She just eat less rice and doing some light exercises using dumbbells. She also sometimes doing sit-ups and cycle around her backyard.

So now I know how she keep fit and healthy everytime she turns up for shooting. I also need to follow her example to lead a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for reading.

Hi everyone!

One of my hobbies is listening to musics and when I came across an article related to music, I start reading it and you know what? Music soothes the sick.

What does it mean?It means that music therapy can dramatically improve the mental and physical condition of patients receiving palliative care.

Music can improves mood, decreases anxiety and depression, and even helps seriously-ill patients feel less pain and breathe easier.

But not all music suits this music therapy as loud and unsuitable music like heavy metal and rock will likely to increases heartbeat and anxiety while smooth and relaxing musics like ballads and R&B is more suitable to help reduce ailments.

That is why I like to hear romantic songs such as Lionel Ritchie's Truly and Frank Sinatra's L.O.V.E song because this type of song really suits me and helps me whenever I'm stressed. Thank you for reading.

Happy Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Hi everyone!

Today I read one interesting article about some men who are opting to be the house-husband.

I always hear and read about housewife but rarely about house-husband. This articles shows that more and more men turn their attention more to their kids at home as their unable to find jobs while their wife still have the opportunity to work.

But in my opinion, mother and father are very different in terms of their nurturing styles and care-giving and one should never try to be the other. Because why? Because children loves you for who you are.

So one day, I want to find a man who have the true ability to manage and care of my family and my child.I don't want a house-husband but I want a man who can share the joyful life of a family. Thank you for reading.

Happy Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Hi everyone!

Last night, after finish baking my special chocolate cake, I read one article on healthy laughter.

Research shown that the health benefits of laughter range from strengthening the immune system to stress-relieving benefits.

With a good laugh, people can reduce the level of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline while increases the level of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins.

A good belly laugh exercises the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulder, leaving muscles more relaxed afterwards.

That's why sometimes I try to share a joke or two with my roommates when i'm depressed to relieved my stress and helps my mental state because I believe with the old adage that says laughter is the best medicine. Thank you for reading.

Hi everyone!

While i'm surfing the net this morning, I stumbled upon the website of a football player named Francisco Totti.

Born September 27, 1976 in Rome, he was raised in the suburb of the city by his working-class parents. He was the heart-throb and captain of AS Roma, the city's football team and also one of the players in the Italian national team that win the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany.

He worn the number 10 jersey in his team, which is always likened to the number famously worn by Diego Maradona, Argentina's most famous football player of all time.

Francesco Totti was so handsome and have good looks, much better than David Beckham, makes him a delight for eyes when watching him plays. Thank you for reading.

the lawyer:the wonder of realizing you can do it

it's about self-confidence..how we over come our weakness and figure out what the best in ourself..

a story about guy name Anthony..his life's really hard..his mother died on his first birthday..he changed schools more than half a dozen times because of his learning problem..the people around him under-estimate him..making him feel worst..

he is weak in study..he's a little bit slow..got bad writing..but deep
down inside him,he knows he got something to be proud off..

that's when he began to realize how important to gain knowledge..he studied very hard..he never get A in exam, but for his determination in accomplishing his will,he gets A's..in third sem,he got 3.7 grade average..

he got supports from his best friend, Bobbi..after some time, his interest to be a lawyer arise..that's how a lawyer birth..

although he had a learning problem, his sense of failure came largely from the negative comments of others but deep down he knew he's not that kind of guy..

from this story,i begin to ask myself, what word pops in my mind when i describe myself?once i have it,look closer..whose word is it?mine or other?where did i get it?when?does it fit who i want to be?

so,i think you guys should start thinking about the same thing..do we live to be someone we want to be,or being create from other's comments only..

if it suits us,carry on,but if we feel it against us,step back and go on by ourself..what we prefer more..

life's cruel to the person who's being cruel to themselves..

Myocardial infarction as we know it, a heart attack.
It happen when blood supply to part of the organ is blocked.
The smokers have two or three chances to get the heart attack more than non-smoker. The higher risk to get the heart attack is eat food full with fat and do not do the physically exercise.
To avoid from the heart attack you must maintain a healthy weight and keep stress levels down.

i just done reading an article about enhancing your presentation skill...

here it is::::::
Improving your pronunciation is a large task that can't possibly be tackled in a day. If you are really serious about improving, it will take some practice over time. Here are three fun ways you can improve your pronunciation and become a better speaker.
1. Watch TV
Yes, I'm really telling you to become a couch potato! The first step to improving your pronunciation is training your ear to hear the difference between different sounds. If you can't hear the difference between the vowel sound in man and the vowel sound in men, you will have a very tough time producing these sounds on your own.
It would be best to watch quality television like the news on BBC or CNN (depending on the accent you prefer) instead of sitcoms and movies, for example. Although not always perfect, this is about the closest you'll get to the most accepted standard pronunciation in British or American English.
As you watch TV, be sure that you pay very close attention to how the words are pronounced. If you watch both stations, see if you can pick up on some of the pronunciation differences between British and American English.
2. Get tongue-tied
Tongue twisters are a challenging and fun way to practice pronunciation and increase the clarity of your speech. It may just seem like play, but many stage actors, speakers and voice-over artists will attest to the power of warming up their lips, tongue and jaw by practicing these tricky twisters!
Here are just a few examples. Practice the tongue twisters that include sounds that are hard for you to pronounce. Start slowly, and then try to gradually speed up and add repetitions.
i & ee:

-I slit the sheet, the sheet I slit, and on the slitted sheet I sit.
s & sh:

-Sally sells sea shells by the sea shore.

-Shy Shelly says she shall sew sheets.
l & r:

-Red lorry, yellow lorry, red lorry, yellow lorry.

-There are four pilots on the flight deck.

-River Valley Road

-A flea and a fly flew up in a flue. Said the flea, "Let us fly!" Said the fly, "Let us flee!" So they flew through a flaw in the flue.
th, d & t:

-Lesser leather never weathered, wetter weather better.

-Thank the other three brothers on their father's mother's brother's side.

-Tim, the thin twin tinsmith.
3. Practice minimal pairs
Minimal pairs are words that are identical except for the one problem sound you are focused on practicing. For example, if you have trouble with the sounds /r/ and /l/ you might practice reading a list of words like read/lead, road/load, fry/fly, fright/flight, crutch/clutch and so on. Slowly say these words out loud and really focus on the sounds and the way you use your voice. Here are some helpful hints to practicing minimal pairs:
- Say the words in a mirror. Exaggerate your facial expressions. Watch your tongue, lips and jaw, and note the differences when you make the sounds. Don't worry if you look a little strange at first! As your mouth learns how to make the sounds correctly, you won't have to make such weird faces to produce the correct sound.
- Record yourself saying the pairs. Listen to the recording and see if you can hear a difference between how you pronounce the words.
- Choose one word from each pair and say them out loud to a friend. Have your friend write down the words he/she hears. See if your friend heard the words you were trying to say. (You can also do this on your own by noting the words you choose as you record yourself saying them. Listen to the recording a few days later and write down the words you hear. Compare your list to the list of words you recorded.)
Taking time to practice your pronunciation is vital if you are to reach your goal of improving the clarity of your speech. Be patient with yourself! This process takes time, but the pay-offs will definitely be worth it.

now.... lets talk about stress......!!!!!!1

do you know about stress????
Stress is a psychological and physiological response to events that upset our personal balance in some way. When faced with a threat, whether to our physical safety or emotional equilibrium, the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” response. We all know what this stress response feels like: heart pounding in the chest, muscles tensing up, breath coming faster, every sense on red alert.
The biological stress response is meant to protect and support us. It’s what helped our stone age ancestors survive the life-or-death situations they commonly faced. But in the modern world, most of the stress we feel is in response to psychological rather than physical threats. Caring for a chronically-ill child or getting audited by the IRS qualify as stressful situations, but neither calls for either fight or flight. Unfortunately, our bodies don't make this distinction. Whether we’re stressed over a looming deadline, an argument with a friend, or a mountain of bills, the warning bells ring. And just like a caveman confronting a sabertooth tiger, we go into automatic overdrive.
If you have a lot of responsibilities and worries, you may be running on stress a good portion of the time—launching into emergency mode with every traffic jam, phone call from the in-laws, or segment of the evening news. But the problem with the stress response is that the more it’s activated, the harder it is to shut off. Instead of leveling off once the crisis has passed, your stress hormones, heart rate, and blood pressure remain elevated.
Furthermore, extended or repeated activation of the stress response takes a heavy toll on the body. Prolonged exposure to stress increases your risk of everything from heart disease, obesity, and infection to anxiety, depression, and memory problems. Because of the widespread damage it can cause, it’s essential to learn how to deal with stress in a more positive way and reduce its impact on your daily life.

so life without stress is more meaningful....... lets say 'no' to stress.........

HI...
for this month reading is very interesting.it is 3 SIGNS THAT YOUR MAN IS CHEATING.

How do you know if you are dating a cheater? You don't need to be a private eye to suss out these warning signs:

1. Revived Interest in Appearance: If your partner suddenly undergoes a makeover of sorts, in which he spends much more time on his appearance, it could mean that he is trying to impress someone new. If he all of the sudden ditches his old khakis and sweats for something more stylish, it might be because he is trying to look his best for a new woman.

2. Missing in Action: If there are large periods in which your partner is absent and unaccounted for, it could be because there are mischievous motives behind his AWOL behavior. Whether it is a run to the corner store that takes over an hour, or whether he is constantly "working late," a missing husband could mean something sinister.

3. Mysterious Texts or Phone Calls: If you notice mysterious texts or phone calls on your phone bill, or if your husband tries to hide the phone bill or his cell phone from you, it might mean that there is a new love interest in the rafters. Additionally, if he spends more time on the computer, or tries to hide the screen he was looking at when you walk in the room, this is a good indicator that he might be philandering via the worldwide web.

Of course, the best way to discover what your partner is up to behind your back is to communicate openly and honestly with him. Share your fears regarding his fidelity and try to discuss the matter before you go crazy with worry. Remember, things are not always as they seem!
